Sorry, I am new to the eyelet world and am trying to find the right tools for setting an eyelets** A: Some do, some don't punch the hole that the eyelet will go into, most do. I would suggest a few practice ones on scrap paper. If I don't use mine for along time I have to practice every once in awhile to get the right settings. I have not been able to put them to much use just yet but I hope to put them in use soon.
