Tastes good and stops a cold if you use it at the first sign that you’re getting sick.

Every time I remember to take these when I start getting sick (which is a LOT from being in college) I end up totally fine in like three days. If I don't take these I end up sick for three weeks minimum. They taste pretty good, apparently elderberry helps with inflammation too, I mostly like that they're purple.

Helps me to pay attention to how I'm feeling. When I notice my energy significantly decreasing I take 1 or 2 of these to overcome the symptoms before they get worse.

Before ever taking something new, ask your doctor if this would be okay to use with any meds or health concerns you might have. Personally, this stuff WORKS! When I feel a cold coming on I use it as directed and it either stops my cold or helps symptoms to be very mild. The taste isn’t the best thing I’ve ever tasted, but it’s not unbearable, either. In fact, the texture while it’s dissolving is a lot more unpleasant than the taste — but again, nothing unbearable.

Whether it is a placebo effect or not, it seriously does work. I take this every time I feel a cold coming on (especially a tickle in my throat starting) and I swear it does reduce my cold symptoms and severity. They are easy to take throughout the day and are relatively safe, just do not overdo it.

This stuff works - I always have it on hand if I am exposed to someone who is sick or if I get the slightest feeling I’m coming down with a cold - I start taking it! Same goes for my entire household when they start complaining they aren’t feeling well!

I love to take one of these on the first sign of a soar throat and suck it till it dissolves. They dissolve really nicely, coat the throat and seem to keep it from getting any sorer.

I use this when I start to have cold symptoms (because my kids bring home so many germs) and it works great. You have to be diligent in taking it every few hours. The flavor is good too. My husband usually doesn't take it and he is sick longer than I am.
