How long does it last before reapplying?

I just leave it on until it starts flaking off, but then I don't wear nail polish on top of it. I have a thumbnail that was tearing well below the quick and I have had that on for at least a month. I applied another layer just make sure it is stable but I probably didn't need it.

Does anyone know where i can get nail buffers like this purple one? Only the buffer, nothing else

At your local hair shops. Wherever they sell hair and products you'll find a nail section where the buffers are located.

Can I apply just the glue nail to my natural nails for protection?

I do that because my nails really peel and split pretty badly. You just make sure you avoid the cuticles and buff it down so it's smooth.

Does anyone know what the "no toxic" ingredients are?

It does not say what the nontoxic ingredients are; this glue is made of cyano acrylate but nothing else is listed
