Stiff and Sturdy
Unfolding and folding the chair takes some strength. It is a straightforward process. You don't need directions to fold or unfold it, but it does take some real effort. And that is my only "complaint" about the product.I am a hefty person and have broken a few outdoor chairs just by sitting on them. This chair? That won't happen. I sat down on it and it barely gave at all. It is very sturdy. The side table is easy to set up and let down. I have put several drinks and some gardening tools on it and it held just fine. There is a weight limit to the side table but I find it very reasonable for my use.Is this the prettiest chair? No. It is a decent looking chair that operates better than you would think. The fabric material is both comfortable and sturdy. The chair seat is "deep" enough front to back and if you want you could tuck a leg under you just fine. The back support is better than any outside folding chair I've ever used. The chair is wide. Both myself and my daughter can sit on it side by side. She even bounced on it to check to see if it would hold. No problem. I have flopped down on it twice now and each time I realized half way through that I shouldn't be doing that. The chair held just fine. The chair is heavy. Read the product details. I was surprised by how much it weighed. Personally, the weight is well worth the sturdiness.

Takes a lot more Force than expected to fold the chair up
Chairs great size 6 ft 4 heavy set this chair is comfortable in size for me it's solid and sturdy and it even has a table to hold a can of soda or beer and I wouldn't put anything else on it heavier than a small book my candle sits on it without collapsing it but it seems weak and cheap other than that it's pretty good it's got a couple of bags to put things in so overall it's a great little chair for camping or what have you I actually carry it with me when I have to leave my truck for a service and I use this so that I can go sit out and read my book or listen to music or whatever out of the tiny cramped waiting room if it lasts as good as it looks like it will this will be a chair that I can use for many years and many camping trips definitely not for backpacking or walk-in campsites this is big heavy chair throw it in your car

High quality
***Update: Over a year later of regular use, these still work great! No breaks, no tears! The actual seat is Wider than other brands and will hold a heavier person consistently. The chairs are kept under a covered patio and are used daily. A year later, they still look new! Yes, they have to be hosed down occasionally with the wind blowing dust and leaves, but these have been a great investment. We bought 4. Smaller people enjoy them too! They are comfortable. They are high quality! I changed my 4 star rating to 5 stars. Yes, the side tables are unreliable, but what matters most is the actual chair. If this review helped somewhat, please click Helpful. ***Sturdy! Tested with 450 pounds successfully. These are great, especially if you are buying for a larger person. Some chairs will have a higher weight capacity, but the width of the seat is too small. These chairs are WIDE!! They truly hold a larger person comfortably AND securely. These are quality chairs and built to hold a heavier weight. You could add a seat cushion if you are planning on using them for an all day event, but they are comfortable as is for 2-3 hours. The chairs have a handle to help carry, although we find it easier to just pick up the chair frame to carry. They fold up and down super easy! You will have no problems and they come with instructions. Our only complaint: the side table will not lock into place securely. We never know if our drink or food is going to come crashing to the ground. They really should have made the locking mechanism more secure. We will probably have to rig something to make the side table work effectively. The chairs are priced too high for the side tables to keep collapsing. This is the reason for the 4 stars.

Nice chair
I don't weigh 600 pounds - I weigh 300 - so I can't attest to this chair's purported capacity, but it is sturdy. And it is wide. If you have a large behind this will have room to spare. Airline seats can be a pain for me. Too narrow. Sitting in this I have a couple of inches to spare on either side. The frame seems pretty tight. No creaking or wobbling. The fabric is tough. I have a cat and she has been trying to use the seat and back as a scratching post. She has not done any damage. My chair sits on a West-facing balcony in San Diego. The sun here can be very hard on fabric, plastic, paint and other surfaces. The fabric on this chair has shown no fading or brittleness after 6 months.Normally I don't post 5 star reviews. I try to find something to dock a point for, even with items I like, but there really isn't anything to complain about here.I suppose I could mention that the thing is a bit stiff to fold and unfold, but that is probably actually a good thing. It shows the thing is less likely to collapse while you're sitting in it.Overall, it's a good buy and I'm happy with it.

This is a great camp chair, with some minor shortcomings.
This is by far the nicest camp chair I have purchased being a larger, older person - however, you pay for what you get.Pros:- super sturdy construction- Nice features with the side table and pockets on the arm padding.- Nice, comfortable seat pan- Keeps you butt from going below your knees (important to older folks who may have trouble getting up from that position)Cons:- a little stiff to deploy and collapse. I was initially concerned about damaging it with the amount of force I had to use to deploy/collapse the chair. (I no longer have that fear)- Unlike other camp chairs this chair does not collapse into and nice tight "pole" configuration you can sling over your shoulder. In order to be as sturdy as it is, it collapses flat which means it takes more space to store and slightly less convenient to transport. A small price to pay for the sturdiness in my opinion.- As I am a tall person I find the seat back a bit to short for me. It only comes to slightly above the middle of my back. Again this is unfortunately a trade off as making the back any higher would make it even more inconvenient to store/transport. Also in other chairs the reason the seat back is higher is because the seat pan sags, which made them more difficult to get out of.- PriceOverall it is a great chair and the trade-offs are worth the shortcomings. The price is higher than a lot of camp chairs but you get what you pay for. Hopefully this chair will last me longer than the others I have purchased in the past.

Awesome Chair!
If you’re looking for a sturdy chair, this is it. Top quality and heavy duty. Built to withstand rugged use, but still light enough to carry. Shoulder strap makes mobility even easier. Center of gravity is just right so tipping is almost impossible. Fold out cup holder / side table perfect. Pockets on the other side for tools, books, etc. Football linemen could use this chair and never have an issue. Top quality. Impressive performance. All around great product.Happy, hefty Camper

BUY IT!!
SO COMFY!!! Definitely great quality. You get what you pay for with chairs like these. Now I wish I’d bought two! Folds up and down with ease. I like the drink holder, you can tell the hinges aren’t flimsy at all. Takes a bit of elbow grease to push it up and down. Color is great too. Great porch sittin chair for this Floridian.

Like, received undamaged, this folding chair is very sturdy, roomy, comfortable, like the hand carry straps for easy transport when loading it into my truck or camper. Fold out side tray with coffee cup holder is very convenient.thanks Amazon

Weight capacity and size
Amazing quality. The chair is quite heavy but it makes sense that, for the weight capacity, it needs to be constructed with heavy duty materials. My friends also bought the same chair. Mine is a little hard to fold up when putting it away. You definitely need muscle to do so; however, that the only concerns: heavy and hard to fold up. I definitely need to shoulder strap for transporting. My friend’s chair is not as difficult to fold up. The storage compartments on the side are amazing! The table is sturdy and of good size. Highly recommend!! For those who are not so wide as to fill the entire seat, it’s nice to sit sideways with a leg up. For those who fit the whole seat, the chair is still very comfortable to sit for hours. Very happy with this purchase!

Now THIS is a chair!!!
I am a big guy, 6'3", 275 well deserved pounds. This is the first time I feel small in a foldable camping chair. If you're a big guy, you know what I mean, gently sitting down hoping the chair won't collapse, gingerly getting comfortable, trying to get up without breaking anything. Well I am soooooo pleased to tell you that this chair is honestly going to rock your world; it has mine. Comfortable, easily deployed and folded. Spacious and sturdy. Nice little side bag that lets you store things (sunglasses, phone) and a cool insulated bag for cold drinks (I think I can get 3-4 tall boys in it). On the other side there is a nice foldable tray with a cup holder (another tall boy!) I can go on and on but sincerely, this is one of my best purchases in a long time, I recommend it highly. PS, you don't have to be big to get this ☺️

Fat Man says Yes to the Chair!
When one has suffered the public humiliation of being a fat (425lb) man and ones chair collapses in a pile of twisted unsalvageable metal - a quest for a full proof portable solution ends with this chair. Now the definition of portable is critical here. If you have a SUV or an RV this FOLD Flat chair works and is portable within a 100 yards of the vehicle. If you are going hiking or travelling in to a site on foot this wont do - no packing sack or straps to mount it on ones back. Again at 22 lbs this is heavy.Heavy duty sadly means heavy but I trust this chair will not collapse and is obviously built for a person of size. Purportedly up to 600lbs. I think it would frankly. Two areas that need consideration after having used it both indoors and outdoors; the edges of the seat at the front your legs may or may not make contact with the cross structure which I mitigated with a little copper water pipe insulation wrap so I feel foam instead of pipe on the backs of my legs. The pouch if used and it is useful, does not have any padding for the arm rest, the padding on the right armrest to thin. While having a solid arm rest makes exiting the chair far easier than just draped cloth, it isn't the most comfortable for an extended sit. The size of the tube wrap around on the left arm pouch doesn't allow for the Velcro's closure if some thin foam was wrapped around the arm. I was thinking of carving out a pool noodle to provide that padding but there were some office chair arm rest foamy things on Amazon I'm going to try first and are removeable.Final Verdict - regardless seems this chair should repel future enforcement of the law of gravity - and loss of dignity and is comfortable enough - for now!

Awesome chair for bigger people
As other reviews say, it’s awesome for bigger people. Made from heavy duty materials to be strong to support larger people. This product is 22lbs and not to be carried around to long. Hard to collapse when you’re done with it.Besides that, this product is awesome and holds me with ease, I’m 6’3 and around 400lbs. I went overkill and bought the 600lbs test.If your thinking about it like I was, I recommend this if your looking for a camping chair that you don’t have to worry about.
