I was told to provide my order number from my desertcart order and they would send me a new lid for the pitcher....at no charge!!!! I few days later my package arrived and it was not just the lid, but a whole new pitcher!!! Needless to say, their customer service exceeds 5 stars! I'm so grateful to Harper for the super customer service. Not only that, but a couple weeks later, Harper sent an email inquiring if everything was to my satisfaction! Incredible!!! I cannot recommend the pitcher highly enough....and Water Drop sure does seem to be a great company to deal with! Thanks Harper!!

Recently, the filter indicator needed to be replaced and I contacted Water Drop customer service. I was told to provide my order number from my Amazon order and they would send me a new lid for the pitcher....at no charge!!!! I few days later my package arrived and it was not just the lid, but a whole new pitcher!!! Needless to say, their customer service exceeds 5 stars! I'm so grateful to Harper for the super customer service. Not only that, but a couple weeks later, Harper sent an email inquiring if everything was to my satisfaction! Incredible!!!
