Piscifun Speed X Fishing Line Spool No Twist Adjustable Handle for Reels

Oh man, this is a GOD send. I’m ngl, I was TERRIBLE at spooling my reels so much so that I’d just go to my nearest fishing store and pay $10 to have my reel spooled professionally. Who bird-nests a spinning reel?? ME that’s who. We’ll, I’ve TRIED spooling myself and it was just so awkward and I wound up getting horrific tangles and bird nests galore, but I knew that in time I would need to learn how to spool my reel, it would save me a trip and money. I didn’t even know spoolers existed until I decided to buy new mono line and found this baby right here, The Piscifun Speed X. Bro, it took me about 10 mins to spool my brand new Penn Pursuit IV 4000, BUT that was only because it was my very first time, I’m sure I can get it down to 5 mins. It was super easy to set up and put your line in. The hardest part was actually tying on my mono line to the reel, after that it was all downhill. I bought a 1600 yard 10lb Hi Vis Mono line and this spooler worked perfectly. No issues at all, I should have bought this months ago when I first started learning how to fish. When I tried spooling myself, it was so awkward and felt like there was too much room for error, but now with this, I feel super confident in spooling all my reels in the future. Thanks for making an awesome product, Ill be recommending this to all of my fishing friends.

I just bought one of these for my baitcasting reel, and I absolutely love it. It works perfectly and there was plenty of tension on the spool of fishing line. Others were saying that you can't get the tension on the fishing line tight enough, but I was able to get plenty of tension by tightening that thumbscrew at the tip of where the spool of fishing line is attached. I haven't tried it with an open face spinning reel but it seems like it would operate properly and the entire assembly is well made with no cheap parts on it. I'm glad I bought it, and I feel that it will save me time as I continue to use it.

Worked with no issues was able to re-string a spinning reel , and a bait casting reel. Use a large and small spool, worked fine adjusted well..

I’m new to casting and spinning reels. After buying a new reel, base 10 lb mono lune, 8 lb braided line and 8 lb flouro line, I realized I had no idea how to get the lines loaded with consistent winding and tension. This spooling tool solved my problem with a line that looks evenly loaded from line to line. The real test comes when I cast for those tasty squid.

It's extremely easy to comprehend, and use vs other versions or spoolers. It comes already assembled and you can spool in 4 different ways. The versatility and portability is a plus in my book.

I have now replaced line in 8 of my reels using the Piscifun Speed X. I had three different types of reels, spinning, baitcasting and spin-cast. The Speed X performed well on all three, and also with the different sizes of line spools. It was much easier using the Speed X than my previous method of placing the line spool on a screwdriver in the bench vise across the room. Speed X got the job done.

Did not expect the high quality and ease of use feature. Product is exceptional design and makes respooling, even onboard, easy. Removal of old line feature is just as easy.
