Are you referring to the feet for the pedestal? My chair is a recliner rocker so the legs are not flush with the outside of the chair frame. The stand does not work well with this type of chair design. We’ve tried every way to make it work. Too far under the chair it interferes with the foot rest so the chair can’t recline. With the feet half under and half outside the chair frame barely fits a recliner with recessed legs. The distance between the feet at its shortest point is 25 inches and the distance between the front and rear foot of my chair is 24.5 inches. The pedestal also makes the chair slope because the chair no longer sits level on the pedestal feet. This would work much better with a chair or couch with feet that are at the corners of the frame not recessed. It was challenging to put together and manipulate in place because it’s heavy and with the tray table attached doesn’t stand freely. It’s too much effort to try to disassemble and repack to send back. Great idea but not clear in product description that it doesn’t fit how most recliners are currently constructed regardless of how you position the pedestal feet. To make it work properly the frame needs to be able to shorten to 22 inches and there needs to be some type of equalizer for the opposite side of the chair to make it level again. **Q: was anyone else unable to remove the exiting end cap from the vertical tube so it could be instaled?** A: I had the same problem and will be returning the accessory. **Q: Is the accessory bundle black? A bottle of gatorade fits but because of the bottom ridge and it's size, it tilts a bit, not spilling though. It might hold this size if it balances on the ridge of the bottom, or you just can put paper towels on the bottom to get the bottom higher than that ridge. Then it would fit because it is wider after that bottom ridge. Hope this helps.
