I have acid reflux pretty bad and. Have to take a medication every morning. Sometimes at night i start getting acid reflux again and now instead of taking an over the counter medication I found this product filled with Bifida and lacto probiotics. It really works and I don't have to feel bad about taking more medication. Will be buying this often. I wish it came with more than 30 capsules per box.

I am a very old female and these work for me and my stomach feels better; but I am not a doctor, so I cannot recommend a product for anyone else. Talk to your doctor first.
