I didn't realize how much I enjoyed these.
Amazon claims I've bought these 3 times, but searching my order history only shows the last 2, with the last being a week ago, and the previous time 2 years & 9 months ago. I was checking my order history, because I remember these were a fast solution to foot pain I was having back when they were first recommended to me, but the subscribe and save price is tempting, and I didn't know how often I might need them... Feet were hurting again and in the same way they were years ago, even though I had recently bought new shoes, so I thought I'd try these again, and within hours, my foot pain was gone. When I first experienced this pain, I went to a podiatrist, and his first reaction was to try to exercise my health insurance by operating on my feet... I got a 2nd opinion from an orthopedic surgeon, who said "My feet haven't changed/the extra bones in my toe joints have been with me all my life, so cutting them out is NOT the best course of action - I'd be better off with these inserts and foot/toe exercises. I ordered them then, started PT for my toes & feet, and 4 days later, I was wearing these insoles for the first time. My pains went away almost immediately (and I started slacking off on the toe/foot exercises). It took nearly 3 years for me to wear out the last set of these enough that it bothered me bad enough to look for solutions, so I don't think I'll subscribe, just order a few spares to have on hand, for when my feed hurt again, and then restock my shelf as needed. Either way, these WORK, or at least they did for me and very well!

These make my shoes and walking more comfortable!
Aftermarket insoles have been a part of my life for awhile now! They are a small item that can help make me feel better, IF, they are good enough. To start off with, I have always had flat feet, am 6 feet, 3 inches and weigh about 260 lbs. So my feet and joints take a beating. The lighter the shoe and the more cushioning and support can make a serious difference throughout the day, at the end of the day and evening and even in the morning when I stand up and take my first few steps. I have tried a lot of insoles. In the past I have gone with less expensive ones, only to be disappointed with the lack of support, cushioning, stability and durability. :( So a few months back, I saw these Spenco Heavy Duty insoles. While their appearance won't overwhelm you. The materials they are made up of are pretty robust, don't compress to nothing and really provide the extra cushioning and support I really need. They are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. They seem to have a mid position pricepoint. So considering how solid they are and longer lasting, I consider them a good value. :) I feel comfortable recommending these to others. If they can help me feel better with my particular body size, weight and feet, I think that you may benefit from these as well :) They may even allow you to walk more comfortably and thus you may add more steps to your day - which is something that can benefit a lot of us! Good luck!

Misleading Return Policy and Not Enough Arch Support
I would only recommend buying these insoles if you are 100% sure they're the perfect fit for your feet. If you're not sure which insoles you like, I'd strongly suggest buying from a company with a better return policy. That way you can actually try them without risking your money. Otherwise, if they don't work for you, you've just wasted about CAD $30. These insoles simply didn't provide enough arch support for me, which is exactly why I bought insoles in the first place. Since I can't return them, I'll be donating them. What really frustrated me was the return policy. On the product page it says "Eligible for Refund or Replacement," which makes it sound like returns are possible. Only if you click on that link do you find out that the item is actually non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or defective. I found that misleading and disappointing. Because of this misleading experience, I won't buy from this company again.

Best ever first purchase of insoles.
To put it bluntly, they were the most amazing feet supporters I've ever had, and at a comfortable price no less. First, green felt for feet support, I love it. Second, my gait is weird, and these mitigate the damage. Third, every day I ever ended with these, even 12 hour shifts, never once got fatigued. These roll with my energy. I wear Wides and Extra Wides, so I never needed to cut these to fit my footwear. I also tend to slip them in after ripping out the previous sole, no shoe glue needed, but preferred if you want it. If you're new to the world of insoles, get these. You won't regret it.
