I am extremely pleased with this punching bag. 8D the material feels very sturdy and good quality and the design allows for easy setup. I actually did it on my own >w<... I did require a trip to ace hardware X'D... I used a sturdy hook screwed into a beam in my garage, a chain, heavy carabiners, some rope and 2 pullies...(to hoist it...) X'D hahaha and my physical science students said "when are we ever going to use a block and tackle in real life? "... X'D I am a complete beginner where this sort of activity is concerned...(we had a punching bag at home when I was a kid... one of the sit-on-the-floor ones... but I didn't use it much) so I don't really know what I am doing, but I can already tell this will be a GREAT way to work out and relieve stress/ frustration X'D. I am not even that stressed, but sometimes you just want to hit something that won't say ow! Or make you say ow!... btw, it is very comfortable to punch! The water has a very satisfying slap to it! Different than the deep thud of a sandbag... and it doesn't swing around a lot, good for small spaces 😉 So *tldr* this thing is great, sturdy, and well priced, easy to setup, get it! 8D 👍

Covid-19 has my gym closed for an undetermined amount of time. So, I needed to pick up some equipment to continue training my amateur fighters (although no tournaments right now) and keep their skills up and continue working out and keeping my skills up as well. So after doing some good research and taking a leap of faith I decided on the MaxXmma bag. The reviews were a bit mixed but I decided to take my chances and boy I'm glad I did. The first thing I noticed was the way the bag dissipated the energy(punch) once transferred(hit) to the bag. The bag can be hit with maximum force with very little movement. The water better simulates a real person. The second thing I noticed was that my fighters were not complaining of their hands hurting after hitting the bag for 8 straights rounds. Also it is a 4 in one bag which is a huge bonus. The straps seem to be sturdy with no sign of getting weak or ripping or breaking. The otter shell is very durable yet easy on the hands and the 90 lbs I put in this bag feels so much heavier than a sand or fabric bag with the same weight. I think this bag really wins in the storage department if you need to take it down and store it... It takes up very little space. This bag is a winner so far so so good I will update this review and let you know how I feel about the bag over a long duration of time. I was not given anything for the review and I purchased the bag at full cost.

A quality bag, that is easier on the body.

One of the first reviews is a 1 Star rating but the reviewer did not even use the bag, which means the rating should be removed due to slander. I was Pre-Olympic for martial Arts and this is one of the best bags I've ever used. If you cannot follow directions and assemble things correctly, that is your own fault and a USER Error. We had Zero issues putting the bag together and have used it weekly for 4 years (Kicks, Kneed & Elbows that break Ribs at Knockout or Death Rules) with NO issues. If you want a bag that can take a beating through time from almost any martial art, then this is it... plus, it's much easier on the joints, which keeps your body in better shape for the real fight!

Exactly what i wanted. The only thing I had to modify was adding a large carabiner to attach all the chains. The ends didn't fit on the hook, a hard hit would easily knock a chain link off. Otherwise it's perfect, very happy. It's sturdy, well-made, worth buying.

Great Product - Really easy to set up and adjust

I am split on this. It is ok. If you live ht yourself, almost impossible to hang by yourself. I have it filled with water to the max I can in rider to be able to hang it myself. Unless you put alot of water, the water in there settles to the bottom of the bag. Than it is to heavy to hang by yourself. I would look for something else if you have to hang it by yourself.

This is my favorite punching bag. Once you get the water to air ratio that you’re happy with. It’s perfect. Can even mount it horizontally to work on uppercuts.

Just perfect

I purchased this bag as I needed one outside use and, living in the tropics, I didn't want one filled with material which may become damp over time and become a nest. The bag was very easy to fill up and I like how it's a mixture of water and air to allow one to adjust the weight and firmness. And then it's a joy to train with. It swings just right, feels good to connect with, and is great for upper cuts as it has more give than a usual bag so allows more connection. I doubt I'd return to a non-water bag after using this one.

Bis jetzt hält er ohne gerissene Nähte oder andere Defekte. Die Luft-Wasser-Kombination ist der Feinabstimmung sehr zuträglich. Klasse Produkt.
