The ink is fading. What do I do?

The tapes will need to be kept out of direct sunlight at all time sunlight will cause it to fade just like it will your grocery store receipt or fax.

Is there a power adaptor available so I don't have to use up so many batteries?

Make sure the label maker power is turned off before you disconnect the power adapter from the main power source otherwise, your most recent memory settings will be lost."

How much tape does it come with?

NOT TAPE!! It does come with one roll of paper but it isn’t tape just plain paper with no way to stick it anywhere. You have to use something else to hold it in place like glue or tape.

Tape is not sticking well. Rolls up on the edges. What should I do?

I've used this label maker for hundreds of labels - like 95% of the labels roll up on the edges, regardless of how new the tape is or how perfect and clean the surface. Just wanted an honest answer out there. Shocked at the 3 that have "never had that problem"
