The wrong order arrived.
Hello, I am very grateful to you for your products. I install TVs, hang pictures, shelves, and all kinds of things that can be mounted on walls. I constantly buy your products and I am very satisfied with them! Unfortunately, there was a mistake with my last order. Instead of the 300 1/4-inch anchors I ordered, I received 3/16-inch anchors. I already have an additional order of 200 3/16-inch anchors, so I specifically ordered the 1/4-inch anchors because I had run out of them and needed them urgently. Unfortunately, I did not receive them and received the wrong size instead. Could you please help me resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you very much.
