How do u use the pigmant mine is dried up and hard as a rock

I thought mine was hard before I realized there was a hard plastic cap underneath the outter cap that made it look hard.

Dried up pigment

Literally just got it today was very excited until I noticed the pigment is like fake or something ? It’s dried up and nothing comes out on the blade Ive tried even scraping it and it doesn’t even do that I’m so confused it’s hard as a rock. Everything else is cool I guess

Very equipped-perfect for beginners

Poor Quality

This kit is ok, but definitely NOT worth the price. The practice pigment is very poor and oily and received in a bag the the oils seeped out all over the other. The practiced head, once you mark it with the china pen its very hard to wipe off which makes it hard to start over. Just not the best training kit OVERALL for the price.
