The bacon was a little thick and my buddy was guessing on were to bake those at so they came out ok...not great, not bad, kinda in between. I’ve even cooked sticky chicken right on the pan, and it washed off easily.The rack works great too.It can be hard to clean the little squares, but not any harder than any other rack with small openings.
