This is a time saving godsend.We use it to dice 25# boxes of tomatoes and 10# of onions for salsa fresca 5 times a week. The job takes about 10-15 minutes after the produce is washed and prepped as opposed to just over an hour if you've got great knife skills. Super soft fruits can get torn if the bottom blade is not sharpened and honed.Don't waste your time with the chute, instead, use a 4 inch 1/2 hotel pan to catch diced product. It's much cleaner that way.The suction cups are WAY strong and really adhere to a smooth surface. Cleaning and sanitizing is a breeze.Don't waste your money on an expensive machine or food processor which are too fast and end up tearing/smearing product resulting in pulpy messes. This is a very economical alternative.

This is the 3rd Dynacube I've purchased for my pizza restaurant in 6 years. So why the 5-star rating? This product is a workhorse and dices all my veggies daily (onions, green peppers, and tomatoes). It's a big time-saver, not to mention it beats the standard slam-dicer. Eventually the inner gears wear out and it gets tough to turn the handle. It's not designed for the inner parts to be serviceable. So I order another one and say thank you for all the labor dollars saved.UPDATE 2021: If Dynacube stops working, the inner bevel gear is likely worn out, but is replaceable! If you have some patience to find all the screws and are somewhat handy, the top can be opened and a new bevel gear installed. Gear can be purchased for about 20 bucks. I ressurected some of my old Dynacubes, and was a good time to clean the inside of the cover! Yay!

Where have you been all my life, Dynacube? I can't believe how much time I saved in one day, even with the time it took to learn how to take it apart and assemble it back together. It isn't difficult, the videos are helpful, and the design is great. There is a little bit of a learning curve as to how hard to press down on the pusher while turning the handle. It varies based on how soft your veg is. If you push too hard and don't realize it, you might get longer pieces than you want. It wasn't a big deal, we just adjusted the pressure we were using. Overall, we are thrilled to use this for our food business.

I bought the Dynacube as a quick vegetable dicer. I had tried the Nemco push-down variety, but found that it required too much force to operate, and often became jammed with whatever I was cutting. The Dynacube arrived in a perfect box, with original factory plastic wrapping. The product itself was perfect, not a scratch, or anything other than perfect. Assembly took 2 minutes, and the Dynacube was up and running, firmly attached to my countertop via the included suction cups. I chopped an onion in half; dropped it in the opening; applied light pressure; and turned the crank. Perfectly diced onions with very little effort. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a restaurant grade food dicer to purchase this. It is made from high quality plastic and stainless steel. The cost is a little high but it is the best at quickly and accurately dicing vegetables, that i have tried.

I rarely write product reviews, but when something is this awesome, I just have to share. I purchased this because we can salsa each fall. I needed a more efficient way to chop the veggies. This is it! We used this for all of the veggies, a dozen onions in about 15 minutes, 7 lbs of jalapenos in about 5 minutes, etc...Our canning time was literally cut in half! If you cut lots of vegetables, this will make your job so much easier. A couple of notes...we bought the smaller grid blades for the hot peppers and they worked great and it is easy to clean! The larger grid is great for chopped salad.

This is literally the best thing you will use to dice vegetables. I use it in my restaurant and it saves so much time for dicing tomatoes and cucumbers. So very much worth the money and has lasted me over a year now!

Works as described. Using in my small restaurant to make big batches of Pico De Gallo. Don't really like the positioning of the ejection tray.

I own a restaurant and this dicer is the best ever! Easy to use and clean up is a breeze. A little pricey but well worth the money! works well for tomatoes, onions and cucumbers
