I love them..

These suckers slap and it a good way. My kids can't stop eating these. They're are that good. We've now converted our neighbors to them. All the neighborhood kids come over and ask for the goods. We know the goods as the Vero Mango Chili suckers. Great value for the money. You actually get a lot in the bag. The spice and heat aren't too bad. Kids love them that aren't used to spicey foods. The only problem you'll have is when you run out of them and need to buy more.

These chili-covered lollipops were purchased out of childhood nostalgia, and these Vero Mango candies seem different than what I remember as a child, because these lollipops were smaller than the originals I remember, and when I was young - I didn't realize that the reason they were so addicting (once you get passed the initial chili kick that not everyone loves) because of a key ingredient: Monosodium Glutamate, which is a neuro-chemical that causes your brain to tell your body that you want to consume 30% more of this product (or any product with MSG) than you really want-to. As with many processed goods, these also have FD&C (petroleum-based) food colors / dyes (for red and yellow coloring), which also have negative impacts of their own, according to some studies; however, the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) thinks its safe for people to ingest FD&C Red 40, Yellow 5, FD&C Blue 1 if the label indicates the food product contains it, but not otherwise - so it's safe to err on the side of caution, and limit consumption of these addictive Mexican lollipops to very rarely. This bag disappeared quickly after eating the majority of the contents myself; then I shared a few pieces with open-minded friends unafraid of adding toxins to their body. These Vero Mango lollipop candies seem to fit a specific personality-type; the kind of person who eats this candy is one who loves taking risks, and making their heart-rate increase for a brief moment! The downside can be a depressing crash once you run out of Vero Mango lollipops to eat. But if you buy one of these huge bags - you will be rewarded over and over again with an extremely shocking chili flavor, and a sticky, cavity-causing (if you don't brush your teeth right after you're finished eating one or more) mango-candy-flavored deliciousness! And regarding the purchasing of a huge bag of these Vero Mango, Chili-covered (and artificially flavored, and colored) Mango flavored lollipop candy bags - the inner voice said, "Do it! No, don't do it. Yeah, do it. No, don't do it! Keep a few around, then you can do it whenever you want to!" I listened to the voice, and did it, and I'm already out. It would be great for these to be made of natural ingredients as opposed to artificial colors and flavors that don't seem necessary. One bag was enough to last me probably for at least a year; my brain remembers almost every single Vero Mango lollipop I ate; where I was, who I was with when I had them in my pocket, how sad I feel at the end that it's all gone. I'll live!

The candy is not overly spicy, which it is good. I put some in my car, so when I am stuck in traffic, I will eat one and calm my frustration of being stuck in traffic jam. The mango taste is pretty good. Will buy again and again..

Really love these! I am super into these sour, hot, salty and sweet flavours lately and these were perfect. They have a good balance of all the flavours, I may have even wanted them to be spicier but I think the level they have is a good one for most people. The mango flavour itself is very pleasant too. I did find that some of these were sweeter than others or had less spices on them, I almost wish they had an even distribution of spices as you get through each lollipop. Otherwise, great!

Gusto inconfondibile e inresistibili le stra consiglio

First time i ever had this is when my best friend brought me some back from the states! If you havent grown up on these you may find it a weird flavour (i didnt grow up with these) you just gotta give it a chance! Ive seen people smell them or give it the tiniest lick and be like ew but once i tell them to properly try it they usually end up liking or loving it! Just be open to different flavour combo! I personally love it. Also its a pretty big amount u get!

I bought these shortly after returning from a vacation in Mexico where they served Mango Smoothies with Tajin. It made me crave something similar, and these suckers are relatively similar. I let my partner and family try them, and they werent really big fans. Definitely an acquired taste! The chilli layer tastes slightly “chemically” but the mango sucker tastes like you’d imagine.. A syrupy mango!

I got these because I grew up in South Florida where are we have a large population of Mexicans so I grew up eating these but I moved to a country where the Mexican population is extremely small now so they’re hard to come by in person. They definitely don’t taste like the originals. Not enough chili on them whatsoever, no spicy kick which is the best part about these lollipops and the actual mango candy part tasted kind of strange. After I got these and ate a few I ended up trashing them and just driving a 30 minute drive to my nearest Mexican grocery store. If you’ve had the real thing before don’t buy these you’re just going to get disappointed. 1 star because they tried however they should never try again.
