Updated rating: Works great
I am updating my rating to 5-star. I had 2 problems with the first turntable I received: it wouldn't handle an object that weighed over about 5 lbs, and it wouldn't rotate back-and-forth at 360 degrees. The seller reached out and offered to send a replacement at no extra charge. The replacement had no problem handling a 20-lb weight. However, it still wouldn't rotate back-and-forth 360 degrees. The seller confirmed that it was not designed for a 360-degree back-and-forth rotation, and updated the description on the web site accordingly. The turntable works great in all other aspects. It will handle 3 different rotation spends, as well as allowing the selection of a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. It will rotate continuously at a full 360 degrees, or can be set to rotate back-and-forth at 90 degrees or 180 degrees. And it is not even struggling with a 20-lb weight.Previous rating:I purchased this device because I needed a turntable that I could rotate 360 degrees one direction, and then 360 degrees back the other direction. I also needed a turntable that would support up to 20 lbs.Unfortunately, this turntable would not allow me to rotate 360 degrees (in back-and-forth fashion) - it would only turn either 90 degrees back-and-forth, or 180 degrees back-and-forth. When I attempted to set it up to 360 degrees, it reverted back to rotating 90 degrees back-and-forth. So basically, the ASA feature does not work for a 360-degree back-and-forth rotation. Also, when I put an item on it weighing about 8 pounds, it floundered and would not continue rotating. When I put an object weighing about 15 pounds, it would barely move before stopping altogether.Seems to work okay for very light objects - except that the ASA 360-degree back-and-forth rotation does not work at all.

Well worth the money
Works great. I made a nice little top for it so it’s not so plain, but also have the option of doing close ups with the regular top where I need plain white. Only complaint is the buttons are way to close to the power plug. So if you leave it plugged in and don’t have little children fingers it’s hard to press. But the unit runs smooth and consistently. It will stutter a bit when you change speeds. This is mostly due to the machine braking. Once it gets to the correct speed it stops stuttering.I’ve been able to make tons of nice videos showcasing the products I use. As a small business owner of Mike’s Hardwoods I’m glad I made the purchase. Might get a bigger one in the future.

Spinning Magic on a Budget!
Alright, you 360-degree video enthusiasts out there, listen up! This baby may be on the smaller side but boy, does it pack a punch!I use it for the little trinkets I need to showcase, you know, for those killer zoom effects. It works like a charm! It's a bit chatty (makes some noise), but hey, it doesn’t interrupt my jam.The speed settings? A bit like navigating through a maze. You've gotta tap and click your way to your desired setting. And sure, I'd have loved a "rotate-and-stop" setting, but for the price, who's complaining? This thing feels sturdy. Won't handle your weight if you try to moonwalk on it, but it's perfect for anything its size.My favorite part? I’ve had a blast customizing plates for the top of it - green screen, reflective surfaces, logos, you name it. So, if you need a budget-friendly, customizable turntable for your videography needs, this is your guy! Not exactly pro-gear, but a fun gadget to have in your toolkit that won't break the bank for a special project or two.

Good
Love it. It smaller than I expected but it does what it has to. Good quality, easy to use, charge has a good capacity. It has few speeds, I use the lowest only and this is enough for me.

Smooth operation.
Works terrific for specialty photography. Several settings & speeds.

I expected more
It works. But two things to note:1. The battery lasts only maybe an hour?? It pretty much needs to stay plugged in if you want it to run continuously2. While it says the capacity is quite high, it clearly starts to struggle when the object is heavier.

Smooth operation
Really happy with the turntable. I use it to review action figures, and the variable speeds are perfect for filming and the preset angle changes are great for taking multiple pictures. I haven't tested its weight limits, however it's done well with a few pounds worth of figures on it.

A piece of rubbish!
The unit lost charge very quickly. When I tried to plug in the charging lead to the unit it broke and now it cannot be used. Poorly made and cheap quality. Would never recommend them. Waste of money. It is a pity you don't have a minus star.

Does not turn smoothly with more that a pound on top
No way this rotating will rotate smoothly with more than a pound on it. I would say that if used with half a pound to maximum one pound it might rotate OK. Otherwise it will have a jerky rotation. For small light objects it will be great as it is recheargeable, comes with a remote and various colored plastic tops. But the remote needs to point directly at the infrared sensor at the front of the stand to work correctly.

great Little Turntable
I purchased this turntable to display a favourite Christmas "family of snow people". It is sturdy and supports the item very well. I like that it has 3 speeds and runs on either rechargeable battery or USP cable, both of which were included. Some of the other turntables available do not include these items. This one has good value for the money. I would order again if I need additional t.tables.

Perfect for Smooth, Professional Product Display Tool
I bought this rotating display stand mainly for product photos and small displays, and it works really well. The rotation is smooth and steady, which makes it great for showing items from every angle. I’ve used it for small collectibles and jewelry, and it handles the weight without any problems. The platform size is good for smaller items, and the white color looks clean and professional in photos and videos. One thing I really like is that the motor runs very quietly, so it doesn’t distract when recording. It feels nicely made and stable while turning right and left, even with slightly heavier items. Overall, it’s a simple but very useful display stand that works great for photography, product videos, or showcasing items on a shelf. Definitely happy with it.
