Two Things I've Noticed!
I recently started taking this and there's two things I've noticed. First thing was is it really helps with bowel movements and the second thing I noticed was I hardly get indigestion anymore.

Excellent. Taste is minimal, kind of sweet and sour, can add to any yogurt, coffee or shake and would never taste it.

It works, I think.
I was previously taking a name-brand supplement labeled as an "IBS Prebiotic," and discovered the active ingredient in it was this exact stuff. While those original supplements helped my stomach issues, the cost was prohibitive. This PureHMO seems to have the exact same effect on my stomach—I experience far fewer upset stomachs when taking it regularly. It is easier to use, and while it isn't a massive price drop, it IS cheaper, and these days I’ll take every penny of savings I can get.That being said, it is not a miracle cure. It is only effective for me if I take it consistently (at least every few days). If you suffer from IBS or similar digestive issues, this is absolutely worth a try.

Funky taste and smell after taking
I have mixed feelings about the product. I am sensing a funky smell in my nose, similar to that of baby formula which makes sense because some popular baby formulas have HMO in them. I have the same taste is in my mouth. This taste and smell isn't awful.I figure it is coming from my blood, similar what happens with DMSO and sulfur taste and body odor.I haven’t taken long enough to feel results.* Chatting with Gemini AI, Gemini said the odor/taste was due to bad bacteria dying. In further chatting Gemini agreed with me.**The taste in my mouth and smell in my nose disappeared on the 3rd day. Either Gemini was right or I became acclimated to it.

Good products - probably a little too good
I'm sure these are great, but in combination with bitters, liposomal C, and lactoferrin, I nuked my gut and had to step back for a bit. Probably a little too effective. High-quality ingredients, good value for money, will give side effects- make sure you take with food and start with 1 capsule if needed. I didn't notice any odor. Easy to use. Side effects can include upset stomach.
