This product is of excellent quality and perfect for using it as a thickening agent for food and to add to my protein powder for extra bulk. Does not clump if mixing it well and is not gritty at all.

Reliable quality.
I used to buy this from a well known health food retailer, but they stopped selling Potato Starch. I have always liked Wholefood products and this is excellent. Use it in bread recipes as a flour substitute.
