What is the ply thickness? There is little information which is kinda important...

I bought it as a gift to a big guy. He is 6'4 and 280 lbs.....holds him fine. I would guess 1/4

Might I get wheelbite with 76mm wheels? (53mm wide)

No, bite isn't an issue. This longboard is a drop down style so the wheels are not under the deck.

is this a real Santa Cruz long board or some cheap knockoff?

The one I got was the real thing.
