What is the total length of the 4 inch cables? The description says 10cm but the picture shows a measurement of 15cm.

If you have them plugged into devices you have 14 cm. If you count the silver parts that plug in to the devices then the total length is 16 cm

Does this cable work with a Nokia G300 & how fast will it charge?

My LG G5 fast charges with this cable. If your phone is capable of fast charging and you have the correct fast charger it should work. I found the cables to be well constructed and works with every phone I have tried it on. I have a multipart charging station which all my kids plug into when they visit. Every phone has charged without issue.
