Overall great product fit for purpose. Usually wouldn't leave reviews but had a great experience with customer service. We've used this with both our kids, they particularly like the white noise sound and has helped them sleep. With it being compact and having the loop handle, its great out and about. On holiday we've in the past used our phones in a pinch for white noise but relied on WiFi which you can't always get. This has been a life saver on holidays with a reliable battery that takes you through the night and longer. Night light feature also perfect. Its adjustable and great for nappy changes at night, gives you enough light to see what you're doing but not too bright to disturb the baby. Had an issue with the product 1 year in (likely from the toddler damaging and knocking a connection to the speaker) so we bought another because we love the product so much and are expecting baby number 3. Spoke to customer service, who after suggesting some troubleshooting with no successful outcome, sent us a new device which is all working fine! Great reliable device with great customer service if you have any issues. Just don't let chaotic toddlers get a hold of it too much!

I brought this with my third son after discovering he finds white noise calming. I got this for numerous reasons - the timers, whether or not you want a timer, the longevity of the battery life, and the various options. You have multiple sounds - shh, multiple white noise, rain, multiple lullabies and more. I love that the light is a yellow light as opposed to a bright white light, and I use this when changing his nappy in the night. I LOVE that the sound is adjustable! It can go SO loud! I have had people comment about how they could hear me before seeing me! (And tjats not even the loudest setting). And it can of course, be adjusted to being super quiet. What I loved most was that I didn’t need to use the timer - I use this all night every night. It is so easy to use. And the quality is impeccable. I had a problem with the product and reached out to the customer service, dealt with Vicky and it was resolved immediately. Highly recommend!!!

This is the best white noise and sleep aid. It has lasted over 3 years of nightly use, and I’m now ordering our second one! The only thing I’d improve is the plastic ring that holds the Dream Egg—it could have a stronger clip. That said, I don’t always use the clip anyway, as it works perfectly well just laying it flat. Highly recommend!

Perfect. The sounds are lovely, clear and soothing. I particularly like the birdsong. The lullabies are really sweet and not annoying or tinny sounding. The night light is just the right brightness, nice warm soft colour, and the glow in the dark buttons make it easy to use at night. It's a great little size to have on your bedside table. Baby hasn't arrived yet so I can't comment on how well it works but so far I love it.

Bought based on a recommendation from a fellow first time mum and I've been very impressed, though there are some downsides worth being aware of. Pros: The battery life is fair and when bought on sale its great value. The variety of sounds is welcome, especially since reading that constant white noise can be detrimental to a child's development and the bird song quality is lovely. We have it on every night in the bedroom, and the sound has become a welcome soothing background noise for everyone. The dimmable light is also a handy feature. Cons: The timer feature turns everything off. So if you are hoping to use it as a night light and just have the sound turned off, be warned you'll be plunged into darkness. Also, you get a fairly loud clicking sound from pressing the buttons which, while useful in many other circumstances, is not helpful if you're trying to make adjustments and have to muffle the clicking to not wake up your baby - I learned that the hard way! The loop feature so that you can attach it to things is a simple plastic ring and effectively a shoelace which does the job and fair cop there, however, if you have a rocking crib or are on the move it's got some good weight to it so be careful. Overall still glad I made the purchase!

Very easy to use, small and compact and looks nice especially with the light on. Rechargeable and has good battery life good sound quality with multiple white noise and lullabies. Can set different timing levels. Helps my daughter when she struggles to sleep.

This is one of the best gadgets to have! With my first child we used spotify on offline mode and an old mobile - if had to constantly be on charge and our spotify recommend was filled with rain noise recommendations - annoying. When we had our second and he seemd to like white noise, we no longer had a spare phone and I thought surely there is something to replace using my phone. This is it and it is fantastic. The noise control is fabulous - so many settings that you can get the volume you need. The different sounds are amazing - no matter what you need for your baby this has it. The timer function is great- when it gets to the end of 30/60/90 minutes the sound fades out so it doesn't just abruptly stop which is a great addition. I don't regularly use the timer setting as we keep it on the whole time our baby is asleep as my older child is rather loud and this somewhat drowns her out. The charge is brilliant, it fully charges in an hour and the charge lasts from 7pm to 7am, I then charge it up and use it for all his daytime naps and put it on charge whilst we do his bath. It would probably last longer than this 12hour stint but I've never tested that out. This is by far the best baby gadget I have ever bought and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone with a newborn baby. My baby wakes once or twice in the night for feeds - this might be partially down to this device (he is 3 months old and has slept like that since birth). In addition to the above it has a nightlight feature - we have an additional nightlight that helps with feeding but this will come in very handy when he is in his own room. You can change the intensity of the light and can also have it fading on and off - a great distraction tool to help them drift off themselves. The device somes with a shoelace tie and also a clip - both brilliant for attaching it to his daytime crib or his cot to keep it out of his reach but close enough to him for effect. If you are on the fence you will not regret buying this!

Loved our machine. Used it every day for my little girl and she sleeps so much better with this. However last week she woke up with black soot all around her nostrils, on her cot sheet and then noticed the machine had black residue all around the material in a spotty pattern. Worried and confused I seeked medical advice and luckily my daughter is ok but she’s obviously been inhaling something through the night from the machine. Contacted the company and they initially took 3 days to come back to me, asked me to provide more information on what happened which I did instantly. Offered me a replacement which I explained I’d already purchased another one myself but not the exact same machine as it made me nervous considering this one wasn’t even 6 months old. Provided them with all the information they asked for and explained I’d rather have a refund on my new purchased non portable dream egg machine as I had to purchase a new one the same day as my daughter relys on it so much. That was 7 days ago and not heard anything back from the company despite messaging twice asking for an update into the investigation. I’m really disappointed because I have no idea whether this machine was faulty and was about to catch fire and given the seriousness of the situation I haven’t had much communication from the company. It could have been a whole different story and my daughter could have been affected by this. Still waiting for a reply from the company. I would advice everyone just to keep an eye on their machines to make sure there’s are not showing any signs of smoking or overheating.

Initially loved the product!! However two weeks of use and it’s stuck playing one song and none of the buttons work. Had super high hopes for the product but sadly not sure what to do anymore. The lock button on the back won’t work as well.
