I've had this case for a long time now. I can't tell you how much I drop my phone. Because of this case, my phone has never been broken, not even been cracked! I love this case. You can also prop it up vertically or horizontally so it's easier to FaceTime. I put my phone in my bra and I killed one that way in the summer heat during a vigorous workout one time. Since I've had this case, I've had no problem with sweat causing water damage. I will try to always buy this brand from now on. Not only is it a heavy duty case but the price is awesome! I can't believe what a great value I got.

I like the hinge, feel, color. Buttons are stiff- not very easy to use. This model has a plastic screen protector, which I did not like vs the A11 is glass. So I added a better glass protector - but because of beveled edge, the cover lifts the glass over that I added. They are not compatible. I messed up installing 1st plastic cover - but it comes with 2. NOTE: make sure you do not force the stand - it will break. Always swivel the stand to gently find the compatible bend to "home position" to allow flattening the stand. There is only 1 rotation that will allow you to flatten the stand, otherwise like other users, you may accidentally break the stand. Nice case. Without this type of case, the S8 may slide off a table or out of your hands. I really prefer having a glass screen protector, but S8 beveled edge with this case are not compatible... edge of screen lifts off from edge of case.

I like the case. It is very strong and does the job.

Will be perfect for my little one

I bought this case for my 12 year old and he loves it! It is easy to put on and off. It protects the phone from most small drops but is not going to protect it from a big one or one on concrete. Son loves the ring as it helps him keep the phone in his hand and it works as a stand for him to view his videos. My only real complaint is that the ring makes it to where he has to take off the case to charge his phone on the wireless charging pad.

Bought to replace my old case which finally gave out after years of use. Compared to the old case, this one is thinner, not sure how much protection my phone will have from a drop. The gorilla glass sticks above the case a small bit so if dropped, the glass will impact the ground. The clear plastic cover is separate from the case you have to lay on the glass. Once the case is on, I'm seeing the plastic cover peeling up around the edges. I press it back down but it's relentless in coming back up. My old case had the plastic cover built in so recommend getting that type of case next time. The back ring with stand is made out of metal and protrudes above the case a bit so the phone never sits flat on a table or desk. I also discovered I can no longer use wireless charging with this metal clip on the back. I had to forcefully remove the metal stand ring from the back to get wireless charging to work again. Would I buy this again, No, but I needed a new case for my Galaxy S8 which I will be upgrading later this year and didn't want to spend $30 for a new case I had for this old phone which wont fit my new phone when I eventually get it.

The cell phone protector case looks great and protects well. It is not bulky, and the ring finger holder allows for a more secure grasp. It also allows you to hook a lanyard to it, so when you are taking photos leaning over or out a high window or off the side of a boat, you don't have to worry about dropping it. Also works great when on a walking tour, the phone/ camera can hang from tour neck...... don't need to reach into your pocket or pocketbook for the camera/ phone. I am very please with the product on quality and price.
