Do these socks have a heel or are they like tube socks?

There is a heel. I wear a 12-13 shoe, and these socks fit me perfectly. So, pay attention to sizes if you are concerned about heel placement.

Do they fit a size 13?

Hello unfortunately size 13 would be tight. It maxes out around 11 - 11.5 men’s. We have a black wool we hope to have up for sale next week. That will fit 13 :)

Do these fit men or women?

They will fit both men and women depending on the size you buy. The listing I bought them from gave both mens and womens shoe sizes.I've bought a few different orders of these, both for myself and my wife. They're all unisex.
