I take this to keep shingles at bay along with another vitamin. Easy to swallow and started taking it when I got shingles for the second time three years ago. No shingles since. Olive is supposed to be great for a lot so I’m sure I’m benefiting!

During November and December every year I work two jobs, one being a seasonal night time job at a mall. Last year, I got extremely sick, bronchitis I couldn't get rid of, cough solid for 2 months, didn't sleep, felt like I pulled every muscle in my body, lost my voice, everything. Good for health maintenance

I'm taking this because it is a potent and broad spectrum anti-microbial. I've been dealing with biofilms since I was a teen and we have not been able to pinpoint exactly what I was dealing with so something broad spectrum needed to be used. I've been taking only 1 per day (I have a very clean diet so this helps) and it has been more than enough to stop the constant fatigue when other things have failed.
