ChestBrew Moon Bear – Strong Smooth Vietnamese Whole Bean Coffee, 20 oz

I’ve tried multiple different brands; Trung Nguyen, Cafe du Monde, Buon Me, and many others. This is the BEST coffee beans I’ve tried by far. This coffee has strength and flavor to back it up. Although it’s a bit pricey, the size you get is worth it. The beans are fresh and you can see the slight oil you’d get from a darker roast. Tastes like a Smokey chocolate that goes perfect with iced Vietnamese coffee. Can’t wait to try the chocolate dusted!

I am a coffee connoisseur and Moon Bear is a fabulous brand of Vietnamese coffee which is enjoyed “strong”. Moon Bear has exceptional flavor and I would rate it as a TOP CHOICE for great strong Vietnamese coffee. Of course if you insist on adding milk, cream and sugar, that works as well. This is a perfect way to begin the day or for that afternoon perk. I have been buying these beans for a few years now. Thank you !

Just got the Chestbrew Moon Bear coffee beans today! I was so excited to see the Amazon box waiting for me. The beans arrived in perfect condition! Couldn't be happier with the new packaging! To be honest, I was thinking of purchasing this a few months ago but the reviews of how the beans exploded in the box made me hesitate until now. I love the look of the bag and especially the brewing instructions on how to brew for hot, cold, and iced. From the moment I opened the bag, I could tell the beans were perfect. From the wonderfully sweet fragrant aroma of the coffee beans to the rich chocolate color of the glistening beans. Even though it was already so late in the day to have coffee, I just couldn't wait to try it. I quickly grounded some beans, boiled some water, and took out the cafe phin (bought especially for these beans). And as expected, it was delicious. Sweet, smooth, and surprisingly not acidic at all. I can't wait to make a cold brew with these beans. Thank you Chestbrew for providing quality beans. And for giving back to the people who take such care in making the beans so great! Your product, your vision, and your commitment to the people behind the product will be something I will support! If you like coffee, you HAVE to try these beans. If you don't like coffee, these beans will change your mind.

I really like this coffee it's strong has a dark taste. I would recommend it just the price is high. I buy it once in awhile best of the other Vietnamese coffee sold on Amazon.

If you enjoy a bold, yet smooth brew, this is the bean for you. I use it for Vietnamese coffee and works well. I've purchased this product several times. I find the blend to be consistent. The bag is sealed for freshness. Very fragrant.

I was looking for a stronger coffee, bean for a Vietnamese coffee. This was a suggestion under one that I was looking for and I ordered it. Has a great taste, strong caffeine within the bean which is great and overall really enjoy this and I will be ordering it again.

I absolutely love dark roast coffee. I find it difficult to find dark roast coffee readily available in my area so I decided to give this coffee a try based on the description and reviews. First off, I mostly drink my coffee hot. I like to brew my coffee in a French press. To me, this is one of the best ways to really taste the flavors in a coffee. I added about a half a scoop more coffee than it recommends for a French press because I like my coffee strong. However, I was not impressed with the end result. I will say this coffee is very smooth tasting, but there just isn't a whole lot of flavor there. To me, it was just a smooth, bland coffee. If that's your thing, then this coffee is for you. However, I like mine flavorful and robust and I just didn't see that out of this coffee. I will finish the remainder of this coffee but I don't see myself buying it again.

The coffee is strong but not acidic giving it a smooth touch. The beans say arabica and I thought Vietnamese was supposed to be robusta? But either way this is good coffee.
