Looks amazing & fits well!
I got the Neon Tech Grafitti plate because the rubber was bubbling out and detaching from the original.I was surprised and impressed with the high quality material, fantastic texture, and the extras. The extras included a tool to open the controller safely and without damage, rings that go around the joysticks, and an insert for the profile lights. The last two also came with controller, but really nice they included replacements. I use a Turtle Beach audio adapter on the bottom of the controller & noticed it can get "unseated" (leaves a small gap), but can be pushed back into place. It's nothing major but I can't tell if it's the adapter starting to get loose or a thickness difference in the faceplate. The adapter didn't do this with the original plate, but no functionality was affected.

Looks and feels great, nostalgic!
My controller was looking a little beat up so I decided to give it a facelift. I'm really glad I found this product! The shell feels sturdy yet soft, much like the shell the controller came with. The video on YouTube was super helpful, and popping open the container gave me a chance to clean the membranes, pads, and buttons.Despite the product description warning me that it didn't come with any buttons, the SNES variant DOES come with two sets of purple buttons, so don't be a big ol' goof like me and buy separate sets of purple buttons. Here's a couple tips that you might find helpful. The disassembly video shows the RB and LB buttons popping right off with the USB-C and sync button housing, but there are actually a couple additional latches that need to be unlatched in order for LB and RB to be removed, so be on the watch for that. Also, twisting off the thumbstick took so much force that I twisted off the rubber on my (admittedly worn down a bit) thumbstick. So maybe use a thumbstick you don't really care about on that step.Otherwise, solid product. Definitely recommend the SNES variant, it's beautiful.

Good quality if you're up for the challenge
Quality seems on point and it came with the NES red ABXY buttons which was not clear in the description. The face plate was an easy swap but the buttons required almost a full tear down for installation. Although the Elite 2 looks similar to the standard XBox controller the disassembly process is much more involved. Make sure you own a soldering iron for this project because although not directly required for the job it is super easy to snap one of the thin motor leads.Overall I'm very happy with the end result. Controller looks great.

Too much work, 8-way d-pad no longer an option
Aesthetics are nice. However, I can no longer reliably use the 8-way d-pad anymore. The cutout for the d-pad is off ever so slightly and the indent is not deep enough. So you can't go diagonally with the 8-way. I had to swap to the regular d-pad. Not ideal. Also, the work it took to replace the buttons is insane. Will never do something like this again. Not worth it. I guess I'll get my rotary tool out and grind down the plastic at the d-pad cutout.

The grip and look it's better than the original faceplate
The looks pretty good and the grip it's perfect no. Sweaty hands. The quality it's good and the installation it's pretty easy. I hope they add a PlayStation skin for the xbox series 2 I would buy it for my controller.

I love ExtremeRate!!!
This came out perfectly! After reading the reviews here and watching the install video, I knew what I was getting myself into. The original face took some effort getting off, but following what I seen in the video it came out without any damage to anything else. The controller looks great and love the soft touch feel.I’ve bought other ExtremeRate parts for my PS5 controller and was super satisfied with the quality of everything. I fully trust their products when it comes to my controllers, compared to other more expensive options. In the last photo with the two PS5 controllers, the blue one with LED buttons is the ExtremeRate, the other is a Scuf pro that has poor build quality. I prefer using the ExtremeRate one I built over it.
