You need to trim the cubby but otherwise it works good

Factory fit, easy install
Super easy install. Maybe 15 mins to install. Works as advertised and fits like it was from the factory. My only complaint, and its not a big deal at all, is i wish they would've label the wires with which switch it went to

Overall great.
Good OEM type quality. You will need to pick up two metric machine screws and watch a YouTube video to see how to install (no instructions).

Same as oem factory equipment.
Upper inside dash connection is tough to find and hard to get at for old disabled vet. I did manage to do it myself but it wasn't easy. Led indicators will light up when the switches are in the on position, when the ignition is on and the unit is properly connected.
