Amazing Artificial Tree!
After a hefty debate with my husband of a real tree vs. a fake one we finally took the plunge and purchased this. I've found over the years that most artificial trees don't have a gray area. They either look really amazing or like garbage so I'll admit I was a little nervous. So here's a couple of recommendations. The manufacturers have included a video on Amazon, which I would encourage you to watch, because it really does help. Even if you don't, the tree is pretty self explanatory and easy to assemble, and plug in to get all the lights to work. The tiny negative is that about 7 lights are out in the middle section and although we tried to fix it we couldn't figure out how, but it wasn't enough to send it back or complain. You can also add more lights if you want to, but honestly it really wasn't a big deal. I've read a few of the negative reviews and let's just be blunt about one thing. If you buy a tree like this and expect it to come out of the box looking perfect go back to dreaming about sugar plum fairies because this bad boy takes some TLC to look like a real tree. That is absolutely not a bad thing at all, because honestly what do you expect? It just boils down't to how much work to want to put into it. We bought the 10 ft. tree so let's just say it was a labor of love, but well worth it because EVERYONE who has walked into our home thinks the tree is real. You really have to reach in to make sure you "fluff" (don't have dirty thoughts, this is Christmas) properly so I would strongly encourage wearing a long sleeve shirt because you will scratch the living daylights out of your arms, and I'm writing this because I didn't take my own advice and now I look like I fell into a rose bush. NOT the fault of the maker. The tree is stunning and it's a worth while investment and you don't have to worry about watering or needles everywhere and the branches are well made and sturdy for larger glass or heirloom ornaments that you don't want to fall off the tree. Totally worth it and it comes a very fair price point compared to other with quality artificial trees that can run you 1,000 dollars or higher.

WOW you have to buy it!
At first I was a little skeptical, I had this tree sitting in my amazon cart for quite some time. Finally bought it and I'm not mad! I saw the many good reviews and photos that was listed on here and I can also say that I recommend this tree! Yes, it's no $500-$1,000 tree but for the price ( got it for $103.99 ) it's a five star for me. Pros: It has many lights so it doesn't look cheap and after setting up the tree and fluffing nothing from the tree shedded. This tree gives a clean semi upscale aesthetic, again for the price 👌. It was also super easy to set up and fluff. The item also came in a medium size box, nothing too huge. I'd say the tree is pretty full. Another thing that I love about it is that it's not too big nor too small. Would be perfect for an apartment space too not just a house. Hope this helps!! - Happy Halloween, Happy Thanksgiving, and Merry Christmas !

Best Purchase EVER
Every Christmas we used to go out and spend $600-$900 on an 11-13ft tree. It was a waste of money and a real hassle of paying the delivery fee. We decided 2021 that we would purchase an artificial tree. We did our research on Amazon and came across this tree. National Tree Company Pre-Lit Artificial Full Christmas Tree, Green, Dunhill Fir, White Lights, Includes Stand, 12 Feet. There were not many reviews, but the pictures of the reviewers’ trees were nice and the tree came with a stand. We bought it and the rest is history. Once the tree is assembled it is massive. Having the lights pre-installed is a significant bonus. That is one of the best things about the tree is not having to wrap the tree with lights. **Setup** I’ve owned this tree for four years since I purchased it in 2021. As two women who are both 5'2", setting it up for the first time was quite a challenge, even with a tall ladder. However, we have made effective adjustments to simplify the process. When it was time to store the tree, to make it easier for the following years, we labeled its five pieces with blue tape (i.e., Bottom (5), 4, 3, 2, Top). To streamline the setup, we attached the top piece to number 2. We also wrapped the remaining four big pieces with bungee cords to keep the branches together, ensuring an easier installation. The following year, when we took out the tree, we immediately set up the stand. We started with the bottom piece, fluffed it out, and plugged it in to ensure all the lights were functioning. After that, we connected piece 4 to piece 5 and checked the lights again before attaching piece 3 to piece 4, so on and so forth. Because of our height, one of us stood on the ladder while the other handed up the tree. I strongly recommend having a taller and stronger person to assist; it would make the entire process much easier! 😊 Overall, due to our high ceilings, I believe the tree was a great choice. It looks stunning in our living room. We've received numerous compliments on the tree, and our guests love taking pictures next to it.

Nice tree
Well I saw this tree was on sale and since we were in the market for a new tree I thought I would give this a try. The tree was delivered quickly and took it out of the box. Easy to set up, took a step back and looked at is and thought oh no what have I done. This was without any preping of the branches. I decided to get some coffee before tackling the tree. Make sure you wear gloves since the plastic will dry your hands. I started with a small portion and my opinion of the tree did not change. Four hours, and a few drinks later, the tree finally took shape. I would say you need to put your time into the tree. I got this on sale and it was a good buy. You definitely need to take the time to fluff the tree accordingly and now I have an appreciation when I see other trees where people have not done a good job. This is not a plug and play tree (as with any of these trees). It is easy to set up but if you do not take the time to spread, shape and reshape the branches and the back needles you will be disappointed. Additionally you can get a 9 foot tree with more lights, we intentionally got a tree that is not totally covered with christmas lights and we are happy with it. If you want a more realistic looking tree you will need to spend more money and get one with the needles shaped and more covering of the metal parts, this tree does not look bad at all but if you want a realistic tree in all lighting conditions and every viewing point I would suggest a different tree. You can get it to look somewhat like the picture but again it will take time. Pros: Easy to set up Finished product look nice Cons: Took a long time to shape (not sure if this would have been the same amount of time for another 9 foot tree)

Lighting issues with 10 foot tree
All, I purchased a tree from your company through Amazon on November 4th, 2019. The first year I had no issues. Year two (Christmas 2020) I had approximately 150 lights that were showing as burned out when looking at the bulbs. They were showing black markings on the bulbs themselves. After calling your company I found that although the tree was still under warranty, I would have to ship the tree back to you for any warranty work to be performed. Being that the tree weighs close to 100 lbs and would take a really large box, shipping was not an option due to the cost of doing so. So that year I purchased a box of replacement bulbs form National Tree Company (1,000 Clear replacement Bulbs / 2.5 volt) through Amazon and replaced the bulbs myself. After getting approx. 140 replaced I gave up and strung an extra set of lights myself to fill in the gaps. This year I pulled out the tree and found almost half of the bulbs were not getting any power. I methodically tested and replaced every single bulb that I found not turning on within each section of the tree. After replacing more than 300 bulbs, I was so pleased at the work and felt good again about the purchase. The very next evening I found that more than 50 lights were again in a burned state. The day after that there were more than 100 burned bulbs. As of today I estimate almost another 300 or more bulbs are now either burned or not lighting up. When I check the bulbs not showing any burned lenses I find that the bulbs are fine. Testing the sockets using the LightKeeper Pro Tester tool, I find that at times I can actually get a section on the tree to light up for just an instant and then back to nothing. I am assuming that there is a short somewhere in the line but I am unable to find and correct it. Update: Replaced another 250 bulbs and they all burned out within an hour. So it must be some sort of short I tried emailing National Tree directly as well as thru their web site interface. Every instance was returned as undiliverable. Phones calls returned a busy signal all day. I am really disappointed in the purchase. I was torn between your company and one other and made the purchase of the tree thinking that this was the way to go. No more lighting hassles or live tree clean up. So far, with the exception for the first use, I am regretting the purchase and I am ready to cut the lights off and string my own. It has really dampened the Christmas mood with the children and myself included. Not sure what else to try. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. As it stands I do not have the extra money to spend another $600 this year so this is what I am stuck with. Thank you for your time EDIT..... That year I cut out all of the pre-strung lighting and now use my own string lighting on the tree. Not one light has burned out on my strings of lights (Approx. 2200 lights). So from that point forward I have been using my own lighting.

Very nice tree that will be used for many yers to come
Good size for medium space. Very attractive after fluffiness adjusted as needed. Easy to decorate with a variety of ornaments. Color of tree is a deep green and the attachments for the branches are sturdy.

Stunning Mini Christmas Tree That Exceeds Expectations!
After years of enjoying a beautiful, large artificial Christmas tree, I recently downsized my living situation and needed to find a new tree that would fit my space. I started my search for a table-top tree, but many options I encountered were either of poor quality or priced far beyond what I was willing to spend. Then, during my Thanksgiving shopping, I stumbled upon this incredible deal on the National Tree Company Pre-Lit Artificial Mini Christmas Tree, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! This 4-foot Dunhill Fir tree is nothing short of stunning! It arrived in two easy-to-assemble pieces that fit together seamlessly. The sturdy metal base is a huge plus—no more worrying about flimsy plastic components that break easily. While it does take a little time to fluff out all the branches to achieve that full, lush look, the end result is absolutely worth the effort. Initially, I wasn't looking for a pre-lit tree, but I noticed the unlit version was pricier, so I decided to go with this one. As soon as I set it up, I was so impressed with how carefully the lights were wrapped around every branch; I almost regretted taking them off! For my particular setup, I needed to use battery-operated string lights instead, which worked out perfectly for my needs. Overall, I can’t recommend the National Tree Company Pre-Lit Mini Christmas Tree highly enough. It’s a gorgeous addition to my holiday decor, and though I got it at a ridiculously low price, I think it's totally worth paying full price for. If you're on the fence about a small tree, this one will win you over!

love the tree, hate the lights.
Update: I’ve had the tree for 5 seasons now. I was very happy the first two. On the third, a strand of lights went out and I could not for the life of me figure out how to replace individual bulbs so the whole strand worked. Note, it was part of a strand- it was so so odd. I ended up giving up and adding a strand of store bought lights. Year 4, i had to add two because more went out. Year 5, I added 4 strands because THIS is all that’s left of the lights. They are terrible and now I have an entire tree with busted lights that I can’t remove. It’s so so annoying. Love the tree, hate the lights. I'm really impressed with this tree. I'm not going to lie, I was really nervous/slightly disappointed when I put the bottom section in the stand. It looked so droopy. Not the case AT ALL. You really have to open all the branches up and it is full and beautiful. A lot of reviewers say to watch the video, but I don't think it's relevant to this tree. The video says to stagger the hinged branches every round. You can't do that - the hinges are fixed and can't be moved. Instead, each and every branch on the bottom and middle sections (the top two rounds of the middle section may be exceptions) have one main branch with three arms at the end (the arms are what droop right out of the box). Separate these three arms horizontally on each branch and pull everything apart filling the round. There are almost no gaps after about 2.5 hours of separating each and every branch (one person). Two small pieces pulled out from the branches and I had to replace 4 lights (one was broken), but they give you PLENTY of replacement bulbs and fuses. The only thing I thank can be improved on the tree is the number of and/or placement of the lights. A few areas are not as well lit as others since the lights are haphazardly placed. Maybe I'll add another strand next year. Great tree for a great price!

Beautiful tree!
Perfect size tree with tons of light that was easy to assemble and delivery was 2 days earlier than expected. It was all in excellent condition with the extra lights. Put lots of decorations on it and you have a breath-taking result. Was not disappointed at all!

Beautiful tree and good value
Bought it after Christmas last year and just put it up. When we first put it together we were disappointed because it seemed to have a lot of empty spaces. Once the branches were opened and “fluffed” it was great.

Lovely Christmas Tree
Just finished setting up the 6.5 foot tree right out of the box. It took about 1.5-2 hours to spread out all the branches. I put on a Christmas film while I was doing it and time flew. The result is well worth it. The tree looks full and beautiful. I’m happy with my purchase. There maybe could be a few more lights, but once the tree is decorated it won’t be as noticeable. Check out the instructional video from the manufacturer on the Amazon product page for the best way to spread out the branches and make the tree look its best. It helped me a lot. Merry Christmas everyone!

Take your time fluffing it out.
I spent a lot of time fluffing this tree out, maybe 3-4 hours total. It definitely doesn't go as fast as the video shows. If you don't spend the time to fluff it out, you likely won't like the results. Mine looks like the picture and I am very happy with it. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time getting it ready.

Great tree, returned as too large and they won’t refund
The tree itself was great. It was a bit too large for the space so it was returned. My elderly parents returned it and it was confirmed received 2 days later than their 30 day return so despite having the product the company has refused a refund. Have reached out several times and they will not refund even though they have it back within 32 days. Very disappointing as I would have donated the tree to someone instead of having my parents return it had I known I would not be reimbursed. Good product, not a good company to order from as zero flexibility.
