Brass Super Harvest Moon Coin - Large 1.5"

Coin was large and heavy with nice lunar design and detail.

Nice gift idea, even the package felt fancy.

I love this coin. It is large, solid, and the pressing is detailed and accurate. The brass finish is clean and professional. Good balance on the flip with the satisfying ping so characteristic of machined brass (ie. the M1 Garand). I would advise you be careful with it, the brass is mush softer than other metals and can be dented easily with a drop, but for the most part, the thickness of this coin helps to mitigate falling damage (shown in photos).I also would like to shout out Shire Mint in general for having incredible presentation in both packaging and quality. (I picked up a copper coin as well, and I am glad to pick the brass for the moon, (the golden color REALLY makes the details pop)).

This is an outstanding coin! More than what I expected and the packaging was above and beyond! It’s the size of a silver dollar, not a quarter, and the detail of the moon is exceptional!
