Durable backpack and great customer service!
My daughter loves this backpack for middle school. She has a lot of stuff to stuff in it and it has several pockets and zippers. We have had it for almost 9 months and the backpack itself barely shows any wear. We live in a warm climate so she walks outside between classes. She also walks home with the bag nearly every day over asphalt, concrete and a section of dirt. Because of this rough uneven surface the wheels have a hard time. In January one wheel literally feel off. Now another wheel has fallen off. Since the backpack is under warranty, both times customer service has been fast to send replacement wheels. (To contact their customer support, go to the company’s website.) Definitely recommend but watch out for the wheels.

Handle is broken after 5 months of use . Can not be Repaired. Money is wasted
