Makes the connections so much easier for a DIY'er, instead of using the old terminal blocks. Will need to buy more soon.

These generally work well and are obviously quicker than soldering, crimping etc and more compact than using several wagos. I had one where the level snapped, which was irritating but at least obvious. Worse, I had 2 duff ones where one of the channels simply didn't make a connection no matter how I stripped the wire. That was particularly irritating because it was less obvious tracking down the connection problems.

I had to buy a new electric gate opener as the one I had was failing a bit at a time. The new opener kit is modular which was one of the reasons I went with it - you add on only what you need. Unfortunately though, the add on items all seem to use the same small screw connector blocks on the board so very rapidly became unmanageable. These little beauties solved that issue. I've actually paralleled them up, so each terminal on the board now actually has six unique ones. They grip exceptionally well, and the openings are just wide enough to ease getting cables in without being too wide. I can't comment on the longevity yet but based on their performance and ease of use so far, it's 5* from me.

These are great, have used them with single core, 6 core, and normal braided flex wire. They make joining wires a breeze but every now and again, there is one unit that doesn't clamp down properly (just one of the 9). At this price, just toss those away and use another.
