A: Well, the product has a warning for children under 3 years because due to the small parts it can be a choking hazard.  The recommended age group from the manufacturer is 4 - 10 years.

A: No! It do not requires batteries!

A: Yes but it very messy with water all over. If your playing out side it ok.

A: Not huge... Maybe 12" high 16" long by 3" deep. It's a really junky thing I don't recommend
