I'm happy with the grape hook
I started harvesting grapes to test it as soon as I got the hook. It required no additional sharpening and seems to be of good quality for the price. I use an upward angled pull off to my side to cut the stems of grape clusters, and the blade is sharp and thin enough to make a quick, clean cut.

It's okay
It wasn't very sharp. I had to sharpen it to make it work
User
Nice but easy to lose on ground due to black color.
I like the item, easy to sharpen but being black it is easy to lose.

dull
User
It's ok but not for heavy harvest work.
Knife did not have the hole at the end as the picture shows... I did however drill it and it worked fine until I put it to work. The blade was doing good at the beginning and just as all new knives they go dull very fast... after a few sharpenings it stays sharp longer. The biggest problem with the knife is that it is not made to sustain heavy duty grape harvest. Once I put it to a real test (hours of fast picking grapes) the blade came off. I've had several knives similar to this and they have a metal piece in the handle to hold the blade in place for it not to fall off...this knife does not, so now it is just there for parts .Spanish: No sirve para piscar uvas. Se cae el cuchillo cuando piscas la uva dura y no tiene el oyo para poner to sienta.

Great tool for picking grapes
Great tool for picking grapes, it works just like you think it would. I'm not sure if it's better than a pair of handheld clippers, but it does the job, and is a more interesting tool for the job I guess.
