Seems more helpful to me for cholesterol than blood pressure
I've used the NOW Lycopene in past and experience has shown it to be a little helpful in reducing my overall cholesterol numbers by a few points; but can't say it's reduced my blood pressure by any significant amount. Otherwise I like the product, small, easy to swallow size and no aftertaste.
