I brought these to go on a wooden staircase as my elderly dog was slipping. I wasn't sure at the time if they would stick well enough and was all set to go and buy carpet tape. However these went on like a dream, super easy to install, pull up and reposition with no loss of grab. I have an L shaped staircase and had enough to put one on each straight tread and 2 on each of the curved steps. Very easy to cut to fit. And the best thing .... My girl goes up the stairs with confidence no slipping at all. I just hope that if i take up to wash they will go back the same. well worth the money and not at all expensive, if they did hallway runners i would get those too.

I bought these over 2 years ago and forgot to write a review, they were supposed to be a temporary solution to my bare stairs. But! I love them, I have 3 children a dog and 2 cats. The cats pluck the carpet, the children slide down the stairs. They have been battered and used heavily. Not one of them has started to lift, nor have they frayed. They are in as perfect condition as the day I got them. I was pregnant when I ordered them so I just folded them up and stuff them in a drawer, I didn't expect them to fully flatten or stick. But they are absolutely absolutely worth every penny. Oh and they can handle a good hoover and scrub too Application is literally remove the backing and put them down, they're not sticky but somewhat rubbery? Very very simple anyway. Can't recommend enough

These look like the photos, stick down well on my stair steps (it’s been three weeks and all good so far) and can be cut to size easily with a shard pair of scissors. Most importantly, I no longer slip on my stairs. Loses a star for being way over priced.

Although these are expensive at £39 there made very well , and are easy to stick down with the ability to reposition. So far so good none have moved, they look good and are a cheaper alternative to getting expensive carpet . I was able to also cut them to fit areas where the stairs are at an angle with no fraying or damage. Apart from the high price I'd definitely recommend this product.

These non slip treads were just what we needed to make our stairs safer, particularly fir older visitors and pers. They look very stylish too. Easy to fit and exactly as described.

Look good and wearing well but had to buy additional adhesive.

A real improvement to our bare wooden stairs. I would suggest making three temporary spacers (one for each side, and one for the back) to fit round the edges of the stairs before you stick them down. This will enable you to get them in exactly the right place (see photo).

Attractive, easy to lay and work very well. No more slippy stairs.
