Cant set pin
Attempt to set PIN, this fails. Can reset which works fine still can’t set the pin. Corsair does not respond to support calls

Easy to use; good security
I use this to backup and transfer folders between computers. It works right every time, just like the smaller-capacity one it replaced.

Never able to unlock once user pin set
I followed the instructions and set a user pin and then was never able to successfully open the USB drive with that pin. The biggest waste of $100 which I'll undoubtedly never be able to get refunded.
