Minnetonka Men's Button Softsole and Hardsole Boot

I love these boots! Right out of the box they felt like I had nothing on my feet, zero break in time. The leather is as soft as a kittens fur, and the quality of the stitching shows why this company has been in business longer than Ive been alive. I was looking for a boot that I would not see on everyone that I could wear before the snow in my area made me switch to my Docs, and this is it. I would not wear these in the dead of winter but for that pre winter less than a 1/2 in of snow or no snow but kind of cold, this is it. If you are like me and dont want the normie mass produced the world and its wife have the same thing aesthetic you will love these. Very summer of love 1969 retro and I know once they look worn they will look even cooler, think Easy Rider cool. I have to admit I was unaware Brad Pitt wore them in some movie, I dont go to the movies or follow pop culture, so I kept them in my saved list for a while debating if I wanted something linked to a movie and I needed time to see if I saw anyone else wearing them before I purchased. You wont see these coming and going. Some people complained about the laces and Im not sure what they were doing but the laces are fine, they stayed tied on me, perhaps those folks tried to tie them like cloth shoelaces which you cant do with leather laces, a sheet, square, or thief knot will work best for keeping them laced and unlacing them to take off your boots. The workmanship is quality and I see me having these for years and wearing them until they fall apart. As for size, if you are female find a size conversion chart for the mens boots and they will fit true to size with room for heavy socks if you wear heavy socks, for thinner ones just as comfortable, my feet did not slide around. When the weather gets warmer if these are too warm in summer, I will buy another pair without the hard sole, I love them so much!

Listen, I’ve put these boots through some... let’s call them unorthodox situations. Whether I’m walking my pit bull through the Valley, fixing an antenna on a roof shirtless, or, say, engaging in a little impromptu home defense involving a can of dog food and a flamethrower, these moccasins hold up. First off, they’re comfortable. Like, real comfortable. Soft soles, snug fit. Slip ‘em on and it’s like your feet just exhaled and said, “Hell yeah.” Good for cruising around in your boss’s Cadillac or heading over to the ranch to check on some old friends who may or may not be running a hippie murder cult. (Spoiler: they were.) They’ve got that “I-don’t-give-a-damn-but-still-look-cool” vibe. Which, if you know me, is kinda my whole thing. A buddy of mine, Rick, said they make me look like a Native American stuntman cowboy who bathes in cigarette smoke and tequila. I took it as a compliment. Durability? Let’s just say I’ve worn these during a few... altercations. Kicked someone through a screen door once. Still didn’t scuff. Not even kidding. Would I buy them again? Hell yes. In fact, I might grab a second pair in case the next group of maniacs decides to visit my neighborhood while I’m making frozen margaritas.

Like most people, when I first saw Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, I thought these shoes looked really cool. Living in Canada, it was next to impossible to track a pair down and online prices were ridiculous. These popped into my head a few weeks ago and was glad to see they were available and much cheaper. A common topic brought up here is the sizing. I'm a 10.5 across the board. 10's hurt my feet and 11's flop all over the place. I read online that the trick with these moccasins is to go a size UP if they are lined (these aren't) or go a size DOWN if they are not lined (these are not lined). I originally bought 11's but had to return them as they were slipping off. The 10's came and they were perfect. All I had to do was wear them around the house for 2 days and they stretched out and now fit like a glove. These seem very small out of the box, but just give it a few days. It takes just a bit of patience to get these on and off and it is worth the effort. They are narrower than my usual shoes, but fit just fine. They are comfortable beyond belief.

Shoes are a good value. Hard to get on an average size foot, but once on they are they're very comfortable. Very nice moccasin and Minnetonka is a high quality maker. I'm happy.

These are the best moccasins you will ever own and wear. I have wore Minnetonka's for 55 years.

They felt pretty good while wearing them but because of the goofy outside your ankle lacing and the fact they're leather holes, getting the boots to feel snug was impossible, if you snugged them up as much as they need to feel like they're not going to slip off you'd tear the leather holes out, trying to get them tight was a joke with the laces on the outside of your ankles. And they are spendy for what they are, goofy and unique.

Minnetonka’s are the best. My husband loves this style. They have a rubber sole making them slip resistant and durable for outdoor wear. True to size and really comfortable, keeping his feet warm all fall and winter.

Superb boots! Really comfy, easy to tie, perfect fit, and cool in their 60’s-ness as well! Couldn’t ask for more! Huge fan of Tarantino’a “Once upon a time in Hollywood” as well, and these are perfectly used in that film too! Just wonderful!

Great! I wanted them and they are exactly what I wanted. Tie them loose and use as slip ons or barn boots.

Son lo que esperaba pero son de trato delicado Los botones que tiene se cayeron y tuve que volvérselos a poner de otra forma con el mismo clip que traen El material tanto del lazo como de la bota es gamuza delgada asi que igual se debe manejar com cuidado Y obviamente no mojarlas
