**Q: How does this compare to 33plus?**
A: if 33plus is what we used to call stretch 33, 700 is stiffer than the 33. 33 is nice because you can stretch it to get a snug wrap on something with the later wraps being not so tight for a semi water tight wrap. 700 works well and is cheaper and my go to tape for genearal wrapping in home and auto work.

**Q: I want a dispenser for this tape??**
A: Use your hands and a sharp knife. Dispenser isn't practical. This is not Scotch office tape.

**Q: Is this a 5 pack?**
A: Yes, there are 5 rolls of tape in the pack

**Q: Is this waterproof?**
