They work
These are very strong ginger, but they do the job. Within a few minutes nausea is gone.

YES! They help!!!
I love these drops! I struggle with pretty severe motion sickness - flying, boating, heavy traffic or winding/hilly roads and even just looking at moving water (stream, river, waves on shoreline at beach, swimming pool). After discovering them, I never travel without them. I take over the counter Bonine but even with that my stomach still "turns flips" in some situations. Other candies have too much sugar and only make my problem worse. I stumbled across these and thought I would give them a try. They really settle my stomach and have allowed me to travel more comfortably. Usually one does the trick but if I'm flying in a small plan (Cessna) or doing a small boat excursion I'll have one before departure and keep another one or two handy to suck on during the trip. The taste is strong but I like ginger and the strength seems to lessen the longer you have it in your mouth - so give it time. They have helped my son (13 yrs) but the flavor is a little strong for him. However, that does not prevent him from using them because he has found they help him, too. I've ordered the other flavors for him to try since the blackberry is supposed to have a milder flavor. I also used these after a recent surgery to help with the nausea I was feeling from an antibiotic I was taking. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these and highly recommend them!

Great for Travel and Nausea Relief
These ginger drops worked really well for nausea while flying, and Iโll definitely be taking them on our cruise too. The ginger flavor is pleasant without being too strong, and they are easy to keep in a purse or travel bag. They helped settle my stomach naturally and were very soothing during travel. I also like that they are organic and individually wrapped for convenience. Great product to keep on hand for trips.

MY EXPERIENCE - PROS AND CONS
If you have ACID REFLUX, GERD you KNOW what it's like feeling that uncomfortable, sometimes MORE than just uncomfortable feeling. Waking up in the middle of the night. I've tried various things from Prilosec to Nexium, various OTC products, even certain exercises. I watch what and how much I eat at a time and WHEN I eat it, but I still have issues with acid reflux (on top of having a hiatal hernia). I thought trying Tummydrops shouldn't hurt, so got a bag and here is how they affected me: PROS: EFFECTIVE? - Well, HELPFUL. They do help me at night, after I go to bed, which was the biggie. More comfortable sleeping. I KEEP THESE BY MY BED TABLE! Acid reflux bothers me most when I'm lying down (EVEN raising pillows up a lot doesn't fix) for long. If I wake up from that uncomfortable reflux feeling, I pop one of these. TASTE - SPICY, BUT NOT the kind of spicy that makes my reflux worse. It's a strong ginger taste (I got one of the more INTENSE choices, the Natural Ginger), that's for sure. I have used ginger oil for back pain, as well as rubbing on my feet when I was nauseous (I read it helped and was very skeptical, but it worked, so ginger is pretty amazing. MORE CONVENIENT AND JUST EASIER THAN DRINKING GINGER TEA! - I don't always feel like having ginger tea before bed and these drops are so much easier and I think as effective. I have tried a couple drops of ginger oil in water, not as effective and didn't taste as good. CONS: PRICE. I'm retired and on a budget and 33 of these are about 11 bucks. Now, if I was just using ONE a day, doable. I usually only take one to two at night, but if you're using these throughout the day, well, you'll be spending a lot. The bag says you can have up to TWELVE a day, even at 3 a day, you'll go through over THIRTY bucks a month. BUT they are helpful for me, so I will likely get another bag. I will try to keep to just one before bed though.

A Longtime Fan Turned Cautionary Tale
I want to write this review more as a warning than anything else. For many years, I absolutely loved Tummy Drops. Honestly, I was probably one of their biggest fans and could easily rank in their top 10 repeat customers. I always had them on hand, and at one point I was eating up to 10 a day. They became my โsafety net,โ if I felt anxiety or nausea coming on, I would pop one in my mouth and truly believed they were helping me. Looking back, I think I had conditioned myself to rely on them, almost like a placebo. At first, they seemed harmless, but after nearly 15 years of using them almost daily, my health took a serious turn. What I thought was relief was actually masking a much bigger problem. I started experiencing gastritis, constant inflammation, and even a tightening of my esophagus. At times I could not get food to go down because of food impaction, and if you have ever had that, you know how terrifying it is. Sometimes I had to force food back up, other times I would just wait hours for it to pass. Once I finally connected the dots and stopped taking these drops, my health improved dramatically. My swallowing returned to normal, my gastritis and inflammation calmed down, my bloating disappeared, and my digestion became regular again. I am not saying Tummy Drops are inherently bad, they might work well for occasional nausea. But please be careful. These are not meant to be used as a long term crutch or daily habit. What seems like a small comfort can create much bigger health issues down the road. If you are reaching for these every day, think twice; they may help in the short run, but in the long run, they did me much more harm than good.

A good little ginger lozenge
I have recently been looking for "natural" remedies for occasional upset stomach, and I also enjoy the flavor of natural ginger. I'm currently trying a couple of different brands of real ginger lozenges. Three days after purchasing these I had the opportunity to try the medicinal properties for a mildly upset stomach, and it did have a noticable effect. So far I'm impressed!... I even upgraded my review to 5 stars. This brand is a small bag, and the lozenges are small. They are a hard candy a little smaller in diameter then a U.S 5c coin and a little over 1/4" thick. There are 33 individually wrapped lozenges in the bag. These have a pleasant natural, or real, ginger flavour, and are very low on the spicey scale. As far as heat, these are probably a 1 out of 5 if you're into spicey things. If you want a spicey ginger heat this isn't the one for you. If you are overly sensitive to spice heat, you will consider these hot... they are made with real ginger after all. The "heat" in a real ginger product is, in part, controlled by the amount of ginger added to the product. So, if you're looking to use natural ginger for medicinal purposes then you are going to experience heat, or spice, at some level. The flavour and texture, even though they aren't marketed as a "candy", also makes for a nice, but expensive, organic sweet treat every now and then if you like ginger. I like them enough to purchase again, but only when they are on special. I purchased these for a little over $10 with a rebate at the time of writing this review.

Super! Works for more than just pregnancy - IBS and drug side effect nausea is gone!
My husband and I suffer from bouts of nausea for different medical reasons. He has IBS. I take medication that turns my stomach and am sometimes in so much pain that I get nauseous all day. These drops have made a world of difference for us! I wish I had discovered them 10 years ago. The first package I bought came within three days and I handed one of the drops to my husband with a "well, just try this - if it doesn't work we're not out much money or effort." He put it in his mouth and half an hour later I asked him how his stomach felt. Imagine our shock and delight when he paused, his eyes got big, and he commented "oh wow I forgot about it entirely. I don't feel sick anymore.". Let me be sure to say that we haven't been cured and it doesn't remove *all* of the symptoms of IBS or of my medications, but it certainly does take away the nausea and hasn't failed yet. So far we've tried ginger, apple cinnamon, and natural peppermint. I'm not a fan of the mint but I love the ginger; he's not a fan of the ginger but he loves the mint. We both like the apple cinnamon. I will absolutely be ordering more of these in the future and have already ordered 3 more since the inital order. All of them are pretty strong in flavor. For the cinnamon apple I would say it is about half as hot as a fireball. There is a hint of natural apple and a LOT of cinnamon. Maybe eating a red-hot candy is about the same. For the ginger it is slightly weaker than a Jamaican ginger beer and much stronger than your typical ginger ale. For the mint it's equal to a 2x candy cane.

My Daughter Likes Them Nearly as Much as Zofran
My daughter has Crohn's disease and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) so she suffers from severe nausea on a somewhat regular basis when she is in a flare. She was prescribed Zofran, but had to quit taking it when it interacted with her other medication. We scrambled to find something that would help with her frequent nausea. I had very little hope that this little ginger drop would do the trick, but I ordered them anyway. Lo and behold, these are a miracle in a lozenge. These work best when taken at the first hint of nausea, but they work great when the nausea beast has a good hold on you too. My daughter now takes one before riding in the car and anytime she feels nausea starting. She enjoys the ginger taste, but I have to warn you that they are somewhat hot and spicy. You do get used to them. I have taken them for nausea related to my migraines. They work quickly and usually one will do the trick. The good news is, you can take up to 8 in a day. For anyone undergoing chemotherapy, suffering from migraines or any other condition that leads to nausea, these are a lifesaver. For women who are pregnant, the packaging states that you should check with your doctor before taking. We have bought these many times now and the product is always well packaged and consistent in quality. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Too much ginger for me.

The real deal
These are strong enough to be effective and soothing for mild stomach issues and nausea. The taste is more genuinely medicinal and not so much like refined sugar candy.
