Missing the rest of the order

I am giving this product 5 stars because it is pretty easy to work with, but it’s getting this many because of how their customer service treated me. I ordered 3 skeins at once from Amazon, but only one showed up. I contacted the seller and they said I only paid for one. Before I checked my bank account I checked the order and it said that the order was for 3 too. Turns out I did order 3 but it was the Amazon UI that didn’t work correctly. I apologized and let them know what had happened. I went to change my review but it wasn’t up yet. Today I not only found my one star review and updated it, but I also received an extra skein that was a surprise. Top notch customer service for an issue that was Amazon’s fault. I will definitely buy yarn from Mary Maxime again.
