Review: Very good product and helpful - My daughter has flat feet and her feet go inward. Very severel, when she walks her ankles wobble and it looks like they are about to snap. This insoles are the ones with the highest arch that I've found so far, this help my daughters feet go back into a balanced and aligned positionand her feet don't go inward. Also the insoles has a very defined cup-like shape in the heel area, this is also helpful because her feet stay firm in one position and don't wobble as much when walking. The insoles are firm when new and it stays this way for about two months using them daily (she is 16 years old and weights 105lbs)( maybe a heavier person might need to change them more often) They soften over time, at this point with every step you take, you'll feel the insoles moving and going flat (kind of bouncy) when this happens it's time to get new ones. I'm very happy with this product it has helped a lot and it has improved her quality of life, before she would complain of feet, heal, ankle and lower back pain and let's not forget about the way she walked (you would get the chills expecting those ankles to crack) all that went away. I've been getting this product for one year now and will continue to get it.
Review: The right insert for my problem - These won't be for everybody. I have a bad achilles, and needed a solid lift insert. These are solid. And, they have great arch support. I tried many others, but they were all too soft to give long-lasting support. I have used these on 5-6 mile hikes, and they worked just fine to keep my achilles from aching. My PT therapist says this is the kind I should be using going forward. I started with one pair for my rehab walks, now I have a set in each of my walking, hiking, tennis and basketball shoes - they stand up to a hard workout. And, they are just short enough with the 3/4 length that they don't get under the balls of my feet and mess up my push-off or landing. My go-to inserts for any time my feet will be working hard.

My daughter has flat feet and her feet go inward. Very severel, when she walks her ankles wobble and it looks like they are about to snap. This insoles are the ones with the highest arch that I've found so far, this help my daughters feet go back into a balanced and aligned positionand her feet don't go inward. Also the insoles has a very defined cup-like shape in the heel area, this is also helpful because her feet stay firm in one position and don't wobble as much when walking.
