Desgn problem.
Initially worked well. Just after 2-3 weeks of usage, the bottom rubber shoe worn-out, making it big sound, when touching the ground. Then it became useless. Rubber shoe should be reliable or he would have given spare rubber shoes. I cannot use it now. Product became useless.
