Good item

Used it first to have a stable cable ethernet connection for my Nintendo Switch. Used it with a Steam Deck via dongle. Used it with a laptop. All three instances gave great results, not dropping the connection. The LEDs help tell you if there is a connection present or not.

Used it for increasing connectivity on smart TV form the fixed 100mbs speed to higher speed. Plug and play.

I bought this ethernet adapter after a lot of searching around for one which would work with Android. The chipset used by this adapter is an AX88179 which works on android devices. I have tested it on 2 of my android devices - a Lenovo Tab V7 (Android 9) and a Xiaomi MiPad 4 (Android 10 custom rom). It worked on both the devices. If your android phone / tablet supports OTG, this should most probably work with it (although keep in mind that not all android devices gives you the option to set static IP on the ethernet connection - my use case required this and only the Lenovo had the option to set static IP) I also tested this on one of my windows 10 laptops without an ethernet port and it worked fine (windows automatically installed the drivers). There is a CD included in the box with a link to the latest drivers if you want to update the driver. Alternatively you can get it from ugreen website. It's a bit expensive, but if you are looking for Android compatibility, this product is worth it.

Ho acquistato questo accessorio per la connessione internet della Console Nintendo Switch con cavo Ethernet. PERCHÉ ACQUISTARE Ho acquistato questo accessorio, perché ero stufo dei rallentamenti della connessione Wi-Fi. Con la connessione Ethernet le velocità di download ed upload sono leggermente migliorate, è diminuito sensibilmente il "Ping" e la connessione è sempre stabile. Adesso, quando gioco on-line, non noto più quei fastidiosi rallentamenti che ogni tanto si presentavano con la connessione Wi-Fi. CONTENUTO CONFEZIONE Nella confezione troverete l'adattatore e le istruzioni (anche in Italiano). SPECIFICHE TECNICHE Questo adattatore è dotato di due LED, quello verde indica la corretta connessione ad alta velocità tra i due dispositivi (nel mio caso Console e Modem), quella arancione lampeggiante (per me è più un giallo) indica il trasferimento di dati in corso. COLLEGAMENTO Questo accessorio è di tipo "Plug and play", non dovrete installare o configurare niente, basterà collegare tutto correttamente, come di seguito descritto: collegate l'adattatore alla presa USB 3.0, si trova dentro lo sportellino della Dock Station della Console (vedere immagine); collegate l'adattatore al Modem con un cavo Ethernet (possibilmente un classe 6); accendete il Modem ed aspettate che sia collegato ad Internet; accendete la Console e verificate la presenza dell'icona collegamento con cavo Ethernet (vedere immagine), che si trova vicino all'orologio; a questo punto avete fatto tutto. PRO E CONTRO Pro connessione Ethernet: connessione Internet più veloce e più stabile, adatta per il gioco on-line. Contro connessione Ethernet: dovrete posizionare il Modem vicino alla Console (qui su Amazon si trovano cavi Ethernet di tutte le lunghezze). Dopo un massiccio utilizzo per tre giorni, consiglio assolutamente questo accessorio. Nel caso riscontrassi qualche problema, sarà mia premura modificare ed aggiornare questa recensione.

Enkel installation.

La rotura de una pequeña pieza móvil del conector RJ-45 de mi ordenador me habría condenado a usar solo la conexión WiFi si no fuera por este adaptador USB a Ethernet. Muy satisfecho por el funcionamiento general, aunque la velocidad de 1Gbps del enlace en el que se ha probado no se llega a alcanzar.

Linux Mintを入れた古いノートパソコンで使っています。 Linuxの場合、ドライバーをダウンロードしてインストールする必要があります（Linuxの標準ドライバーでも動きますが、半二重接続になります）。 半年ほど使っていますが、問題なく機能しています。
