We received ours a few days ago and have used it a few times.. Unfortunately, it isn't blending properly. It appears that the blades stop spinning in the middle of blending but the motor continues running. Frozen fruit is not being blended up like it should. When I lift the container up it looks like there are metal shavings underneath so I fear it is stripping the mechanism. I call customer service and spoke with Leah and she was so helpful and kind. She immediately sent me a return code and processed sending another vitamix out to us that will be arriving tomorrow. Hopefully, this next one will be in good working condition. I'm very impressed with the customer service that amazon provided today! :)

We were considering to buy this for 2 years because it was expensive but everyone in Korea and USA was recommending this Vitamix blender to us. We are very satisfy with how it works. It seems very stable and strong. We love it so much. Plus the way it looks is nicer than we thought it would be.

The quality of the smoothie vs our ninja is insane. Ninja smoothies are essentially applesauce, you chew them. Vitamix smoothies are amazing. You can actually drink them. That said, the ascent isn't perfect. The pour spout is kinda dumb. Much messier than the square ninja to pour out. Also, I bet the taller, skinnier containers vitamix used to have are better for thick smoothies because these wide ones get this air pocket thing if you make them too thick. Also hoping they do a 32oz container. 64oz is pretty big. Just minor things. edit: still awesome. Made some really good broccoli soup. The 48oz container is what this should come with though. I almost never use the 64oz unless I making 2 days worth of smoothie for my wife and I. Unless you're planning to make batches (and probably lose some of the nutrients with time degradation) plan on spending an extra $100 on the smaller container.

This is seriously the best thing I’ve ever bought. I have had to buy a new nutri- bullet/ninja/magic bullet every single year for at least the last 10years. They just don’t last. Or blend well. I used them every day and I only had one that ever blended celery (not well). Most made a gritty smoothie unless I used soft ingredients. Most started losing effectiveness within first 3 months. The Vitamix is just on a whole Different level. If you’re like me and you use your blender every day, get a Vitamix. In the long run, it will save you money. It has a 10 year warranty and it blends celery and fresh ginger into juice. I’m in love.
