quality item cooks well
strong quality glass. dropped one of the smaller circle pieces almost as soon as i got it and it survived. cooks great in the oven. love the handles and lid design.

Every Kitchen Should have Pyrex Dishes in Their Home
My mother introduced me to Pyrex cookware many years ago. So over the years I always used this as my go to for casserole recipes. Well, over the years moving and letting my daughter take home foods, my supply started disappearing. They do tend to break easily, but when that happens I can I just replace it. I love Pyrex dishes. They are durable and they can go from oven to refrigerator. ( when cooled). I saw this product, and I liked the covers that came with them. It is so much easier that just using foil or clear wrap to cover. The cover is plastic like and it snaps on top. They go with any decor of a kitchen. Thank you

Inexpensive and very good, but a bit heavy (obviously)
Bought this to get rid of the plastic stuff that is plagued with issues such as staining, sticking, or melting/warping. These clean very easily, stack well enough and I have yet to see any stains, plus they look good. They are heavy, and glass will break when dropped though I haven't had that happen yet so I don't know how breakable these are as of yet but it's bound to happen. For the price I am not worried and am looking to purchase this set again for additional storage and finally get rid of all the crappy plastic containers I have. But these are heavy and that should be kept in mind if you transport food a lot, such as bringing to work for lunches. I have also has Pyrex break on me in the past from microwaving as well as in the oven due to the sudden temperature changes so that has me worried since cleanup in those situations was hell, but I'll just be careful to not put cold glass in a hot situation :)
