Moldes de buen material antiadherente y gruesos. Funcionan muy bien y se hornean los mini pasteles en menos de 20 minutos. Hasta parecen moldes de juguete 😊

I feel in love with this item when I first used it! It makes little 1/2 cakes (if you use just one serving) where you can put whipped cream or custard then fruit for a beautiful dessert. Or put 2 together and have a special middle filled with almost anything you want, then frost the entire cake. So many ideas with these little beauties!

Très beau set de 4 mini moules... pas si mini, il ne s'agit pas de moule pour individuel, mais pour deux personnes et pourtant je suis gourmande! ;-) Je les pensais sincèrement mieux adaptés pour une personne...c'est pour cette raison que je mets 3 étoiles et non pas 4. Quelques explications accompagnent les moules, qui sont bien évidemment anti-adhésifs et se nettoient facilement.

These are nice little pans if you are looking to take a bit of a shortcut with cake assembly. I'm a trained pastry cook and am not intimidated by filling & stacking cakes but when I'm making things for my family it's nice to speed things up a bit. These work admirably for that. They bake quickly, release easily from the pan, come out level (as long as you don't overfill with batter), and the pocket is a good size for filling. Fill two, let the filling set up in the fridge, quickly flip one on top of the other, and you are good to go with icing (or not). Unless you have a large appetite or are using very light/simple cake & filling, using two of these pans to make one filled & stacked 4" cake will give you about four servings. I recommend using a light filling (mousse or whipped cream or something similar) or else you will have a very dense bite of filling, especially if you plan to ice with an American buttercream.
