Absolutly! Mine is attached to a 2" tube! Great lil Unit!

Q: Could these be used to mount front turn signals on a motorcycle?

Yes if you mount to fork tubes , but they are pretty big.

Q: Could you mount this on the roof rails?

If it’s a round bar it will mount to it.
