It might work if used consistently for 3-4 days as instructed. However my honest recommendation is don’t try to treat yourself at home. Just go see a ENT and get the wax removed. If it’s too hardened up doctor will recommend Tropex for 3 days 2 times which will loosen up the wax and then it one go can get it cleaned by the ENT. The ear is sensitive not just for hearing but also for maintaining the equilibrium/balance. Don’t take a risk.

مفيدة جدا جدا في ازاله واذابة شمع الأذن وتعمل بشكل فوري أنصح بها جدا جدا مفيده والحذر فقط ضع ثلاث قطرات في كل إذن ومع الاستمرار ثلاث مرات أو اثنتين لمده ثلاث ايام وتذيب الشمع في الأذن بشكل ممتاز طبعا قد تحتاج لمده أطول حسب سماكة الشمع في الأذن

At first I read some reviews about this earwax removal they didn’t like it, but when I used it at first I didn’t see any changes, but after 3-5 days when I checked my ears again, it all become wet and easy to Remove. The only thing with this, is overpriced.
