Incompatible with WIndows 10
I learned a lesson with this mic - read Amazon reviews more carefully. It's a nice bit of kit - well-packaged, feels like quality, great flexible neck. Unfortunately though many reviews here reveal that USB mics have a serious problem with Windows 10 - the mic volume is far too low. I bought this for important "lock-down" Zoom meetings hoping for better quality compared with my laptop, but at the very first meeting people couldn't hear me even with the Windows 10 level up at 100%. I contacted Klim customer support and was told that the mic was perfect from 5 to 25 cm distance, and to read the manual. Put this mic more than a centimetre away and you can't be heard. The Klim person who contacted me had replied to a review on here citing the self-same problem only two days before replying to me! So don't buy this mic for Windows 10 - it isn't compatible. I'm seeking a refund.

Just plug in and use.
Just plug in and use. Works very well, doesn't fall over. The red light is lit when it is working. Has a foam cover for the microphone which doesn't seem to be in the picture - the only disadvantage of this is that our cats walk on the computer desk and their shed fur sticks to the foam...

Klim mic very useful
Arrive extremely promptly even in June 2020. Simple to install. Reasonably long lead. Red light when it's on with push button to mute.
